Exactly. I was in court because I have a matter before Justice Liman and that's what he said. Meanwhile a High Court in Nasarawa recognized Abure in a judgment dated 25th July 2025 which judgment was submitted to INEC. I have a copy of the judgment. On INEC platform, they recognised Abure as LP chairman till today. It was the basis of the Nasarawa Court ruling that INEC uploaded the details of LP candidates for FCT elections which they refused to upload before now. Justice Liman acted in error because his court is a court of equal coordinate jurisdiction with the State High Court so he couldn't have make a different pronouncement. That would have amounted to judicial rascality.

If this is really true, then it's a welcome development.

It's a simple decision if you followed the timeline of this event!
INEC didn't attend the Abure convention hence didn't recognize Abure as national chairman.
Abure took INEC to federal high court compelling them to recognize him as national chairman of the party which he was successful in both lower courts but supreme courts set aside their verdicts as they had no jurisdiction!

The matter goes back to status quo where INEC had refused to recognize Abure as national chairman!
So no matter what Abure does,no court will give a contrary judgement to the supreme court!

In that event,the courts brokered a peace between LP and NLC where it was agreed that Abure would vacate his position by 2023 but was extended because of the election to 2024 before the power drunk Abure now set in motion a chain of events that has now caught up with him!

As usual, the press is trying to misrepresent the court judgement. The high court struck out the matter in-line with the Judgement of the Supreme Court that clearly states that courts lack the jurisdiction to entertain issues relating to the internal affairs of Political Parties and nothing else.

Even though INEC filed an affidavit claiming Abure’s tenure has expired, the commission also clearly stated that the party has no recognized national chairman and Secretary that the commission can relate with. By implication, INEC has not recognized both Abure and Nenadi Usman.

What was the reason why Abure initially went to the federal high court to compel INEC to see him as the authentic national chairman of LP?

I expected her to apologize but she just walked past & that made it worse. IB said she'll fix it with Doris. I moved my box to the side because of eviction but it was close to the dresser which is farther to the toilet so i'm surprised Sultana went the other way to pee in my box. By morning I still expected her to apologize but she didn't, but she did later, she didn't show concern about my clothes but it's calm. She already did something earlier regarding when Kola had toothpaste on his bed so I went to check up on Kola but Sultana then went to tell Kola that I was laughing at him which was false. Just because you have an opinion doesn't mean you'll always spill, then she'll smile at me like she's cool with me when she doesn't like me. 2 days later I realized that she had a moment with Jason who should be my friend in the house so now it seems like a personal attack but it's Jason i'm mad at this time. I feel Jason should have told me because when I have conversation with others he thinks i'm getting closer to them but he does worse with Sultana & acts like it's fine. Then there's Sunday's eviction when Ebuka called her out, then the question game so it's obvious she doesn't like me so I don't know why she acts nice around me, she could have at least checked up on me since she peed on my clothes.
