Yes u sure need tinted- glass permit. I payed N25k. Then u r requested to submit copies of ur vehicle particulars and a picture of the vehicle showing the plate number and at least a tinted glass. The picture appears on the permit. It takes 12days to get it if u are in the east like me. Maturity date varies according to place of application.
