Excellent, I salute sir before moving on. you must have seen the truck in person. |
Nice title, very creative. Black truck is not so clear, doesn't really look like a truck, Nissan pathfinder? Happy sales, your 406 looks good. |
Prospective buyers, beware! When they don't put a price tag on their cars, it is because they want to cut your head. Init. This is quite simple. The natural thing for a seller to do is to tag a car with the price so buyers know quickly if to stay and bargain or of to move on. No time for nonsense. For example me, I wanted to sell a benz 190e for over 600k, still I put the price there. If u want you make an offer, if not, you lol, and move on. No time. Now these guys who don't put a price are ashamed of the price they want to sell the car, even they themselves know that they have put an obscenely unfair price on their cars. So they only tell you the price like some private secret. So buyers beware, before you buy that car that has no price tag, find out the market value of similar examples, search nl, search jiji, cheki etc. Then make your choice, life is all about choices, init. |
Also tokunbo is a particular grade, but naija used has various grades depending on the previous owner. All these affect the pricing eventually. |
Stop saying Naija used is so and so price. Market and other forces determine naija used price. If a seller needs money at a particular time, and he has other cars, if you have the money at that time, count yourself lucky cos you might get a good bargain. We see this play out many times over here, especially for the not so high in demand cars. |
Kjasper on point! Happy sales ma, this is a sweet car. Make una con see o, point and kill!!! Clean cars only. |
if u ask well, u will find out the original owner of that car, the first person to own in Nigeria here had access to some real change. |
op, this is your car here. https://www.shannons.com.au/auctions/2015-shannons-melbourne-autumn-classic-auction/G1MR18C19HBDF19O/ |
Na wa o. Is it the recession or the ember period. OP asked for advice on good car to get. People are offering him cars they have to sell. Nigerians, take it easy, cool down, money will come. OP buying a car depends on what you take as a priority. Fuel economy, re sale value, performance, beauty for example. You will rarely get all this in one package. Life is hard like that. I have a feeling you want performance and reliabilty. I will tell u my suggestion at the end. Without asking, the most reliable car you can buy in Nigeria today and even before is a Corolla. But you don't want a corolla for your reasons. You quickly dismissed it as a bankers car. Ok. Next is the Camry. These are reliable and have good resale qualities. They resell fast and for a good price. They are common cars we see everywhere. If you want a little more luxury. Go for Honda, the accord are notorious for leg issues but a good one will serve you well. Otherwise go for a Civic, they are simple, beautiful reliable cars. Re sale is good but not as quick as the toyotas. Now to heat things up a little. See how your options are getting fewer. Do you want a mercedes: performance: check, luxury and technology: check, reliability and available mechanics: Mmmmh, re sale value: i'll talk to you later. These are the cars people use in our country. Of course you may have other plans. You may may want to consider for example a kia cerato etc, a hyundai, volks, audi, bimmer, even a chevrolet or ford. Life is all about choices. But my suggestion is: and you will find many good ones for the amount you offer. Final answer: Lexus. |
If you want to marry a husband, never you marry a waka about!.......Nelly Uchendu was and still is the greatest vocalist to come from these shores. The voice was supernatural, she did not have a single song that was average. Nice one Naptu. This can serve as a thesis ![]() |
Ok, I see. Best of luck then. |
Happy sales, this is a car I will always look at affectionately. |
Nice one, hope it turns out well. I cannot scream this enough, we are a negligent bunch in Naija: SAFETY! SAFETY! SAFETY! Will there be speed limits? Will there be trained emergency health personnel on ground? I see u plan to start with a dirt track which is fair enough, but we can't be too careful can we. Remember the E30 has no airbags, and naija used E30 is not really an E30. Thumbs up guys and loads of luck. This has to come to life. |
F16 bomber jet, used but still clean. Whatsapp for pictures. |
Bros, change that tin shaply. The gs400 was and still is a proper sleeper sedan. A big v8 pushing 300hp, and getting to 100km/hr in less than 6 seconds. |

he's acting dull and greedy. because he saw the discussion and interest the post was generating. he got carried away. this car may have gone to the scrapyard anyway, and indeed several have gone. he's comparing his find to the meticulously kept low mileage examples on the websites he posted. if he's up to it he should restore himself and sell. some people think restoration is child's play, it will ruin the unwary to restore a car like that. typical Nigerian, always looking to make a kill. foul!!! |
Excellent upholstery work. This car must have been loved by the owner. I would not be surprised if it has a working ac. Cool. |
Nice one op, I see you made good on an earlier promise. Any takers for this here. Believe me these cars 'die hard'. I am certain only a few fixes will get it kicking hard. Restoring this will be deeply satisfying for some guys. If the wheelers and dealers guys catch this car ehn.... OP Pls more pictures first as it is now. Then clean and shoot more pictures to post here. This was the thing back in the day when real money was scarce. Not now, now there are millionaires everywhere. |
it's ok, no way anyone could tell if it was c or g. the camera threw a lot of reflection, probably from the flash. great car all the same. happy sales. |
doctimi:c'mon man. go for it if you dig it. no question about the originality of this, see the badging on the grille, steering wheel, and trunk; flawless!. its uniqueness is a plus, Honda know best why they didn't make it mainstream. on second look, it actually carries a 2.0l ivtec engine, similar yet different from that of the civic s.i. also this carries an auto box. lovely car. |
Kayjasper, nice car, I admire your marketing skills but you have excellent cars too. This car has me curious. Do you have someone working at the Honda factory? First I found no gsx acura after Google search apart from some stupid concept cars. Now this your car has the chasis of the year model Honda civic. But it carries the 2.4l engine of the accord. Yet the acura badge it carries is unmistakably factory. How goes? Happy sales anyway. |
Bros common, try to clean the car before pasting pictures. If you are really trying to sell. Haba! |
2 sweet; this accord sha, I see you are really sure of yourself on this car. You will get a serious buyer very soon sure enough. Happy sales. Prospective buyers, do as requested above, confirm there are no faults and find why the owner is selling, then move fast. It won't be here for too long. |
Gone, ladies and gentlemen. I could not get a satisfactory offer. So I will be keeping this for some time. Keeping it in shape as always. It was nice doing business with you, so long. |
Going, gentlemen and ladies. Offer ends this weekend. |
