I've always wonder why people always reject torn money,i mean jst a little part of the money and they will reject it,even some of them will go as far to tell you your money is too white or your money has ink on it e.t.c
so far it is still nigerian money and it is not fake why would they reject it. I initially thought they do so to make nigerians be careful with the way they handle money but funny enough these kinda money are still being spent at d fuel station

Is there any law behind it or where does the trend came from?
