Marc3500:Sorry o ancient of days. |
Marc3500:then nigha talk sense. You're just one of the people I mentioned above, hence, the pain |
@MeghaneMorgane if that's the only way to you guys can tame each other go ahead with it please but of course I'll never say u should retaliate with cheating or domestic violence. All these people claiming maturity nonsense are the type that likes doing things to people and loves getting away with it but cannot take such from the other party and it's exactly the same thing they'll want to tear the roof down, jf their partner reminds em of when they did it too, its the same "you're not matured" statement they'll make, you'll hear "so is that why you did it back? You're acting childish". Manipulative people. See OP if that's what keeps both in check please go on with it. Whatever makes you relationship work please do it because whatever opinion u get here might be working for em in their own relationship but might not work with your man. |

Ọmọ that's me o, any small odour, like fart, poo, gutter, rotten food, most especially gutters in this Lagos, makes me spit instantly, during Harmattan when lips dry, I use my tongue to put saliva, and I spit it also because I'll be feeling like I just lick some dirt off my tongue and I can't swallow it back, but most times it's this Lagos gutters that makes me spit the most, but no be like every ten minutes o, but I spit alot |
marlow1962:The topic is actually not about his jokes but about his consistency, and one thing I know about comedy is, every one cannot find u funny. I see Americans laugh at some standup comedy which i don't find funny, then I realized we are made differently. So don't use your sense of humor to judge everyone, especially the whites. |

Samantha124:And since you've finally came clean and told me of how I hurt you by attacking your country like HIV I'm sorry, I didn't know I was one of those HIV. Find it in your heart to forgive me even though we know the Disease of your country..🤭🤭🤭 You can now stop crying... As for me, I'm out of here too... Don't expect any reply from me because I won't even bother to check your comments. And stop taking nairaland matters personal because one day you'll die from heart attack...🤣🤣🤣 I joined this froum 2013, you joined this year and you've had over 3thousand post, my post is not up to 1000. That is to say i hardly take things personal here, maybe you do. Give yourself that advise. But i noticed you use to feel like you know how to talk and keep firing back at every members, Madam Rest, you are not the only one that knows how to talk. |
Samantha124:Why does it sounds like abortion is more of a culture in Nigeria? And the worst part of it all is that it's illegal there. I always hear stories on this forum of abortions this and abortions that. Why have unprotected sex if you can't own up to your mistakes and learn from them? Respect your country's laws and stop having unprotected sex out of wedlock, or abstain from sex all at once... Else you guys should campaign for abortion to be legalized in Nigeria since you love it so much The bolded above was exactly your statement, you can defend yourself without lying now. |
Samantha124:Then that means you're not smart enough to decipher things. In summary Nigerians are not bad people. You are the only one that sees them as such because of the hatred that you harbor so much in your mind. If they are truly bad, I am sure your government would have shut the door against them, so you saying they are criminals in your country is nothing but a lie and a sentimental statement. And in my write up i spoke about knowing how to prevent themselves against the infection so comin there should not be a problem for them. But you could not understand that right? No wonder you were not practicing what you read because i doubt you finished from the law school you claimed you went. |
Samantha124:May be you were skipping classes in law school. With all these articles u wrote up there u still ended up saying nothing. it is under common law or not, if anyone does it, is it puunishable or not. I guess YES. It is punishable, they might not have specifically singled it out and make a law for it separately that's what they mean by saying, there's no specific law for it yet, but is it punishable? YES and a big YES. On another note, what you said was there is no law for it, and now again you are saying it's just grouped under common law. Whether common law or not, it is punishable and someone can be sentenced for it. According to your 3rd statement, if a citizen feels like injustice is being done to him/her the person can go to court so far he/she has claims to back it up court will take it up. That makes is a punishable offence. Why didn't the court say " oh! there is no specific law for this case we can't settle it." but the court did and sentenced the person to prison. Which still makes it an offence. So young lady what are you trying to prove. And iy read very well, in the picture u sent, it was grouped under common law Crime that ranges from MURDER AND ASSAULT. So why are you trying to so hard to make sound we cannot hear. |
Samantha124:Did you think this your response so deep before you start typing them? if you did and this is all you came up with i am so disappointed. Let's assume you have home with kids and me a as a person, i am aware of something going on your home that i can prevent myself against by wearing condoms and all, but each time i come into your home, i kill things that are precious to you, i steal things that are precious to you, things of high value and already you know i am a serial killer by damaging of the womb of people in your home. Each time i come i protect myself against whatever disease going on in your home. what would you do as the home owner? Would you allow me to keep coming to destroy and kill more people in your home by damaging their womb when you know the population of people in that home is very small compared to people living in my home and keep looking at me thinking the disease in your home would kill me also one day when knowing fully well i know how to protect myself against it? If you can answer this, then you'll see reasons why i blame your government or maybe they love you people being killed. A good government protect it's country from outside danger, not wait for somebody on the outside stop the outside danger. If truly Nigerians are criminals like you claim but of course i know your government does not see Nigerians the way you are seeing them, that is why your government keeps taking them in. If you have issues with that write a letter to your government so that they can shut their doors. Happy Sunday |
Samantha124:Now you've brought this argument exactly to where i want it to be. Now you just said " if a Nigerian national staying in SA sees me stealing and tries to caution me for it by reminding me that stealing is illegal, Instead of me to be remorseful or try to justify what I did even though it's bad, I should immediately retaliate by telling him or her to go and mind the number of terrorist attacks happening in Nigeria because we don't have terrorism in SA? " So let us relate it to the OP's scenario. In your case why didn't you just correct the OP, why attack Nigerian as a whole, because right about now, you are contradicting yourself. What you said does not make sense in your write up above is what you just did. Now who is reasoning the other way round? Is it not a south african (you) reasoning the way you think nigerian reasons? * You saw the OP thread about abortion (I'm relating that to " if a Nigerian national staying in SA sees me stealing " .* You failed to do this - (tries to caution me for it by reminding me that stealing is illegal) instead of reminding OP that abortion is bad just like your write up says and maybe the OP would be remorseful (to be remorseful or try to justify what I did even though it's bad), but you didn't. GBAM!!!! you attacked the whole Nigeria. Now i ask again, who is reasoning the way claimed Nigerians reasons? l guess you're looking at yourself right now Thank God you're not practicing what you studied, you'll be shooting yourself in the leg big time! Who knows maybe you're not practicing because you're not good enough. |
Samantha124:Alright I'm here till seun decided to close this thread and if need be we will open another thread and start afresh. Tag along other south Africans on this forum, I won't be fazed. I'm Loving this, God knows. ![]() |
Samantha124: Say that to your govt that keeps taking them on every year, Even though all we come to do in your country is commit crimes and damage wombs through abortion. ![]() |
Samantha124:We don't need need you to tell us any fact about abortion, because death rate is so minute, very very minute, nobody asked u for any fact, go and tell that fact to those in your country so that they can reduce the rate at which HIV kills them because it's high compared to abortion death rate in Nigeria that you've chosen to tell us fact about. You guys need that fact more than us. If this was coming from another country it would have been better, but from HIV country? No, it's like a jobless person telling someone facts about how to get jobs . If someone spreading HIV has has good health care in your country, so then why haven't the amount of HIV reduced drastically, why does it keep killing you guys? I guess the good health care is not good enough. |
Samantha124:Also miss barrister if there's no law that criminalise spreading of HIV, kindly explain the pictures below to us. If you want argue, do that with a flawless fact, not some fact that are not genuine.
|
Samantha124:It was indeed a good read. Those part that I marked, is it that you didn't not understand the English there or what? If you studied law and you're showing this as a proof to defend yourself that Spreading of HIV legal, I'm telling you your lecturers have failed you o perhaps they taught you well, then I'd say maybe you were skipping classes However in principle such behaviour falls under the scope of common law crimes that range from attempted murder to assault Second paragraph says a report argues; argument means that, they've not settled for the decision yet and the report argues because someone on treatment even if when (+) posseses lower transmission risk than someone that's not been diagnosed and people might not want to get themselves tested. That's the summary of that. Third, paragraph already concluded that line with it's last sentence starting from The end result is that the law tends to punish people for merely having sex if there's a risk of transmission
|
Samantha124:Exactly, next time my dear, make finding, seek for knowledge before you come here and start arguing blindly, It's embarrassing. Leave us here in our country let us do whatever pleases us , Solve the one in your country first before you advise us about what to do in our country. Nigerians don't need your country's advise on how to make their country better. Thank you. Sayonara ![]() |
Samantha124:Wow there is no such law! There is no Law that says Spreading of HIV is illegal? Lies! lies! lies! from the pit of hell. Show me a proof of what the law says about spreading of HIV in south africa. Afterall I showed you mine with a link the other time. Prove yours now or I'll assume you're capping. |
