AGurlnoname: lol... see the way nairaland men generalise us "women" for an action of a single stupid woman.
You can't come here and start babbling fear women, fear women when it's a woman who gave birth to you.
Don't be stupid next time search for a good woman and pray God lead you to the right one. the kind of male chauvinistic threads that grace front page can make nairaland men to start marrying their fellow men. It is well o! |

NwaAmaikpe:

He must have hurt her so bad emotionally for her to have hurt him this bad physically. Newton's third law of motions says; "For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction". Well, if this husband has not obeyed this simple law, why should I pity him?
He now looks like an ogre while his wife can still rub foundation and concealers. He should keep going about radio stations looking for sympathy. Better still, he can get an enamel plate and begin babi-allah.
Weak man. Kuku buy her a bouquet of roses and get all of your relatives to beg her for pushing her to the limit of sanity since you are on TV stations expecting NwaAmaikpe's father to come and help you.

Governor - Orlu
IMSU VC - Orlu
Ohanaeze President - Orlu.
Orlu people in these offices should help bring more government presence to their communities cause in future when power leaves Orlu it won't be easy to return. it would be very easy to as long as Orlu is the deciding factor. I am sure Dedetwo agrees with me. |

Enugupikin: Well, I'm simply happy mbaise people don't indulge in the identity denial Mbaise people are big enough to have their own identity. They don’t need to hide under the Owerri identity |
Politics › Re: RE: The Only City With 12 L.G.A Area In SS/SE (orlu) by Beremx(f): 1:08pm On Jan 08, 2021 |
Enugupikin: All these is because people feel their towns aren't popular and they need to be in a general well known town. Same can't be said of Enugu where someone will tell you I'm from ụdị, Ngwo, Nsukka, Nkanu etc and not just owerri, orlu and okigwe whereas they're many towns in there.
Or Anambra which take pride in their town names, Nimo, Nibo, Nnobi, Enugwu Agidi, Awka Etiti, igbo ukwu, uli, Aguleri etc, towns here are even more popular than LGA
Or Ebonyi where someone will say I'm from Afikpo, ohaozara, Abakaliki, ohaukwu, ishielu etc
Or Abia where people are also proud of their towns like Abriba, ohafia, isuochi, Ngwá, umuahia, igbere, izu-Akoli etc
Imo people should take charge of their origin and stop simply hiding under owerri, okigwe and orlu zones Nothing can be done about it. It shall remain like that forever |

Enugupikin: You tried but half baked. There is officially nothing like orlu senatorial zone in the constitution, is just some sort of identity crises we're talking about that cursed it. What you call orlu senatorial zone is actually imo west senatorial zone, same way we have imo north covering okigwe and mbano, onuimo and the rest. It is known as Orlu, Okigwe and Owerri zones right from time immemorial. You are right in your north, west and east anyway but the former is more known. |

agadez007: If you asked an Anambrarian where he is from he would mention his town,I am from Alor,I am from Uga,uli etc but ask someone from Oru or Njaba and he would first mention orlu and when you question furthermore they then mention their L.g.a and then their hometown, one even told me that he is from "Njaba orlu" as if there are two njaba in igboland that he had to add orlu there
I think its inferiority complex At work here, most are not proud of where they are from or feel their hometown isnt popular enough they just chip in Orlu so as to avoid explaining too much,Nnobi is just a stone throw from the great Nnewi but they won't claim to be ndi Nnewi it has nothing to do with inferiority complex. It has to do with unity and pride. You are Orlu first before any other thing. |

B2mario: Oga, Orlu has never been neglected since 1999. Haven't you seen any video of Orlu?
Leave Berem, that's her style always seeking for attention. She always like joining where the heat is high, if majority of people here say that Orlu is neglected that's where she will belong. If the same majority turn and say Orlu is the best, you will still see her praising Orlu. She always like following majority, she is not outstanding and has no proper direction.
Okporo has many good roads and it's fast developing because of many government properties sited there. I am commenting on this thread now because I am presently in Orlu. I comment based on things I see on ground. This time last two years, I commended the developments in Orlu on this thread especially the Okporo market. Do not involve me in your madness on this thread because I am not posting to please or displease anyone. Meanwhile, I still insist that the Imo axis of the Ihiala-Orlu road is very bad. Hope Uzodinma should fix the road with immediate effect
