a) No he(fayose) was'nt wishing the man to be sick, but rather, he allude his comment with the medical report published by a reputable hospital(yet to sued) and considering his age @73 thereby logically advising him towards possible occurence of breakdown (take a tutorial in Risk Analysis and Management, age and health history will be keenly considered and satisfied before such policy comes into contract, and so it does not mean death wish)

b) Again i.e Demanding for a collateral by a bank, and 'an account history of previous banks of a prospective loanee' does not amount to 'debt default wish'

so, drop that assertion as it amounts to standing logic on its head.

There was no mention of the word 'rig' or 'rigging' neither was it mention in the alledged tape that 'welcome to the rigging meeting' or 'Guys our meeting here is purely to rig' so anything outside these ''primary-indicting-statements-not-mentioned-as-stated-in-the-quotes-here'' amounts to 'forcefull assertion and open the alledged 'audio meeting' to all sorts of forcefull assertions as 'imposition or fabrications' which amounts to nothing because the alledged audio lacked important substances that can stand court trials, it is filled with many holes, the army man has done a shabby job.

Obanikoro’s story is that he was simply making “peace” between the army and Ayo Fayose at the meeting, claiming that he was not party to any conversation about rigging.  On the contrary, Obanikoro, who was at the time junior Minister for Defence, is overheard clearly on the tape bragging about the authority granted him by President Jonathan.

Prior to admitting his involvement to the Senators, the former minister met with President Jonathan to discuss the tape and his role. A presidency source said Obanikoro told President Jonathan he was present at the meeting but that a part of the audio-recording was “doctored”.

They said President Jonathan had called him to the meeting to discuss how to mitigate the damage created by the leaked tape.
He told the Senators categorically that it was Jonathan himself who had sent him to Ekiti to help Fayose win the election.
On the tape, Obanikoro says, at least twice, that he is on a “mission” for the President.

It is to be noted that two other key participants at the meeting, Police Minister Jelili Adesiyan and Ayo Fayose, [s]the beneficiary of the Ekiti governorship rigging, have admitted that they were at the meeting that was taped by the army captain.[/s]

For [s]Obanikoro’s role in the rigging of the election[/s], APC has advocated his being banned from holding any public office, and asked the Senate not to confirm him.  Mr. Jonathan is known to have re-nominated Obanikor as his prize for stepping down from the PDP governorship race in Lagos.

besisedes, the alledged audiotape came too late and at best dead on arrival, why?

The 'writ of summons' and 'statement of claims' of the APC at the tribunal/court 'did not include the audio tape' neither does it included in the tribunal/court pleadings in anywaywhatsoever ab-initio or (from the begining) and so both appeal court and supreme court are not empowered to admit new evidences outside the 'writ' or earlier claims and 'pleadings.
