unfortunately all these companies except NNPC are laying off their staff to reduce cost and you are here deceiving people. Please look for a small biz to start up with the money some of you use to buy IPHONE,SAMSUNG GALAXY,IPAD,BB Q10 and BB Z10 is enough capital to start and build a lasting business to provide goods or sevices to 160 million Nigerians. Rich dad ,poor dad authhor Roberk Kiyosaki has always emphasised on MLM and network marketing for wealth but Nigerians prefer to be a bank marketer where they are paid N100K a month to bring in monthly target of N20 million and after three years they are sacked from the job in the name of restructuring. https://www.nairaland.com/1579721/why-mlm-network-marketing-fraud#20702852 |

Happy Friday.... wanted to send along this quick note and thought as you look out into 2014 and the craziness of the online world of making money.... If I can suggest ONE THING... it would be... BUILD a Residual Income Network.... Robert Kiyosaki of RIch Dad Poor Dad Fame... says and is one of my favorite quotes... "The Richest People on Earth look for and Build Networks. Everyone Else looks for Work!" What is a Residual Income Network? Well it's a group of like-minded Entrepreneurs that are all a part of a solid Network or Affiliate Marketing Program all sharing and working together to build a member subscriber base to then Earn Residual Commissions on the sale of products and services that move through that network on a consistent monthly basis.... "Consistent", "Monthly" Basis are "KEY"... if isn't consistent and if it isn't at least monthly then it isn't RESIDUAL Income! Also ideally it should be growing monthly if not daily or weekly AND also the money continues to come in AFTER you do the Initial work... which means you continue to get PAID after the initial work has been done which is HOW WEALTH is CREATED LONG TERM.... NOW.... that ALL Sounds Great.. right? Making a Consistent Monthly Income that GROWS and KEEPS Coming In Month after Month after Month.... actually in most cases WEEKLY or Every 2 Weeks!! You could be consumed! Don't launch that business until a competent lawyer has okayed it... Read this and other tips in the article below In the past three editions of this column we discussed some business and life mistakes many of us often make and proffered suggestions on how to work around them. We have discussed eight of such mistakes that often stand in the way of people and prevent them from achieving their dreams. The errors already discussed include: not giving priority to spiritual things; not minding one’s business; bringing partners prematurely into your business; ignoring finance and marketing functions as CEO; failing to qualify those who should be admitted into your circle of influence; talking too much about your vision rather than settling down and producing results; failing to make the best use of your mentors and circle of influence and; filling up your business with friends and people you really don’t need. They were frank talks from some of my mentors, personal advisers and members of my master mind alliance. The idea is that you should see the ones you are guilty of and try to correct your ways. MISTAKES 9: Ignoring legal opinions at the start of your business. I was in the office of a member of my “Master Mind Alliance” who is a corporate lawyer and he was sharing with me some of his experiences with his clients over the years. He said: “Do you know that I still find it difficult to understand why people would start business without giving full consideration to the legal aspect of it? I have handled cases that looked ridiculous to me. Sometimes you would see friends jumping into business without any legal agreement binding the relationships. Seeking legal advice is usually not on their ‘to do’ list . I should not be saying this because this is where we make the most money. This is what I am saying: to get a personal lawyer to incorporate your business and stand by to provide legal advice would not cost much. Surprisingly, you see people who are not willing to pay small amount of money to retain a legal adviser paying millions of naira in litigations. I should think getting sound legal advice for any business you want to set up should make sense. First, lawyers are trained to look for what could go wrong ever before they do. They believe that things would go wrong in most relationships and therefore they think of ways of escape before they happen. Take a particular example of two friends who started a business together. They agreed between themselves that they would be rotating the position of the CEO without much friction. But in the eleventh year, the company won an international business and the CEO at the helm had to go abroad to represent the company. He was given a lot of media attention in the country where the event took place. Some of those reports found their way into the country. The other partner was angry that his friend did not mention his name in all the interviews he granted. Initially it looked like a small matter but it later snowballed into an irreversible crisis. Ultimately the 11 year old partnership was dissolved. This is what people don’t understand, you really don’t know people until they have handled money and power.” “We usually advise people to tidy up all legal aspects of the business before they start anything. If it is partnership, they need to have written agreements that state the role and responsibilities of each partner, how they would be compensated; who would lead the organisation; how disputes will be resolved, the role of spouses and how they would part in case the partnership doesn’t work. Relationships that are not properly tidied up at the very beginning usually end up in avoidable and bitter divorce. Some say the best time to agree on how to share money is before the money is made. This makes a lot of sense. Friends should not assume that they know themselves”. I should think that is a loaded nugget you should learn by heart and keep for life. It would save you avoidable heartache in life and business. Mistake 10: Failure to upgrade your wife to your level while you are on your way to the top. I was touched by the testimony of the wife of one of my mentors. She openly confessed that her husband has turned her from a woman who had no appetite for intellectual work to a woman whose hobby is now reading. In her words: “ Before I met my husband and even in the early days of our relationship, I was always quarrelling with him over what I called excessive intellectual adventure. I thought the role of a woman is in the kitchen but my husband changed that. Any time he bought a book he would ask me to read and he would create time for us to discuss the lessons from the book. Over time, I have become increasingly fascinated with seeking knowledge. Today I represent him at events he cannot attend personally.” My mentor shared this tip with me: “Most men who get busy with being successful without carrying their wives along are digging their graves. If you fail to upgrade your wife at the time you should, when crisis comes you may not survive it because there is no cushion at home to fall into. I can confirm that it can be scary when your face is hit outside and in your home there is no-one that can provide the healing balm.” A good piece of advice I should think. Prosperously yours. TAKE AWAY o Before you launch into any business get a competent lawyer to help you fix the legal aspect. Don’t launch the business until you have done this! o The measure of a man is gleaned from what he has been able to impact on his wife. Start from today to take your wife along on your path to the top |
Muslim Behaviour Explained...(Statistically): By Dr Peter Hammond Here is a perspective by Dr. Peter Hammond. Dr. Hammond's doctorate is in Theology. He was born in Capetown in 1960, grew up in Rhodesia and converted to Christianity in 1977. Islam is not a religion, nor is it a cult. In its fullest form, it is a complete, total, 100% system of life. Islam has religious, legal, political, economic, social, and military components. The religious component is a beard for all of the other components. Islamization begins when there are sufficient Muslims in a country to agitate for their religious privileges. When politically correct, tolerant, and culturally diverse societies agree to Muslim demands for their religious privileges, some of the other components tend to creep in as well.. Here's how it works: As long as the Muslim population remains around or under 2% in any given country, they will be for the most part be regarded as a peace-loving minority, and not as a threat to other citizens. This is the case in: United States-- Muslim 0..6% Australia-- Muslim 1.5% Canada-- Muslim 1.9% China-- Muslim 1.8% Italy-- Muslim 1.5% Norway-- Muslim 1.8% At 2% to 5%, they begin to proselytize from other ethnic minorities and disaffected groups, often with major recruiting from the jails and among street gangs. This is happening in: Denmark -- Muslim 2% Germany -- Muslim 3.7% United Kingdom -- Muslim 2.7% Spain -- Muslim 4% Thailand -- Muslim 4.6% From 5% on, they exercise an inordinate influence in proportion to their percentage of the population. For example, they will push for the introduction of halal (clean by Islamic standards) food, thereby securing food preparation jobs for Muslims. They will increase pressure on supermarket chains to feature halal on their shelves -- along with threats for failure to comply. This is occurring in: France -- Muslim 8% Philippines -- 5% Sweden -- Muslim 5% Switzerland -- Muslim 4.3% The Netherlands -- Muslim 5.5% Trinidad & Tobago -- Muslim 5.8% At this point, they will work to get the ruling government to allow them to rule themselves (within their ghettos) under Sharia, the Islamic Law. The ultimate goal of Islamist is to establish Sharia law over the entire world. When Muslims approach 10% of the population, they tend to increase lawlessness as a means of complaint about their conditions. In Paris , we are already seeing car-burnings. Any non-Muslim action offends Islam, and results in uprisings and threats, such as in Amsterdam, with opposition to Mohammed cartoons and films about Islam.Such tensions are seen daily, particularly in Muslim sections, in: Guyana -- Muslim 10% India -- Muslim 13.4% Israel -- Muslim 16% Kenya -- Muslim 10% Russia -- Muslim 15% After reaching 20%, nations can expect hair-trigger rioting, jihad militia formations, sporadic killings, and the burnings of Christian churches and Jewish synagogues, such as in: Ethiopia-- Muslim 32..8% At 40%, nations experience widespread massacres, chronic terror attacks, and on-going militia warfare, such as in: Bosnia-- Muslim 40% Chad-- Muslim 53.1% Lebanon-- Muslim 59.7% From 60%, nations experience unfettered persecution of non-believers of all other religions (including non-conforming Muslims), sporadic ethnic cleansing (genocide), use of Sharia Law as a weapon, and Jizya, the tax placed on infidels, such as in: Albania -- Muslim 70% Malaysia -- Muslim 60.4% Qatar -- Muslim 77.5% Sudan -- Muslim 70% After 80%, expect daily intimidation and violent jihad, some State-run ethnic cleansing, and even some genocide, as these nations drive out the infidels, and move toward 100% Muslim, such as has been experienced and in some ways is on-going in: Bangladesh -- Muslim 83% Egypt -- Muslim 90% Gaza -- Muslim 98.7% Indonesia -- Muslim 86.1% Iran -- Muslim 98% Iraq -- Muslim 97% Jordan -- Muslim 92% Morocco -- Muslim 98.7% Pakistan -- Muslim 97% Palestine -- Muslim 99% Syria -- Muslim 90% Tajikistan -- Muslim 90% Turkey -- Muslim 99.8% United Arab Emirates -- Muslim 96% 100% will usher in the peace of 'Dar-es-Salaam' -- the Islamic House of Peace.. Here there's supposed to be peace, because everybody is a Muslim, the Madrasses are the only schools, and the Koran is the only word, such as in: Afghanistan -- Muslim 100% Saudi Arabia -- Muslim 100% Somalia -- Muslim 100% Yemen -- Muslim 100% Unfortunately, peace is never achieved, as in these 100% states the most radical Muslims intimidate and spew hatred, and satisfy their blood lust by killing less radical Muslims, for a variety of reasons. 'Before I was nine I had learned the basic canon of Arab life. It was me against my brother; me and my brother against our father ; my family against my cousins and the clan ; the clan against the tribe ; the tribe against the world, and all of us against the infidel?. -- Leon Uris, 'The Haj' It is important to understand that in some countries, with well under 100% Muslim populations, such as France, the minority Muslim populations live in ghettos, within which they are 100% Muslim, and within which they live by Sharia Law. The national police do not even enter these ghettos. There are no national courts, nor schools, nor non-Muslim religious facilities. In such situations, Muslims do not integrate into the community at large. The children attend madrases. They learn only the Koran. To even associate with an infidel is a crime punishable with death. Therefore, in some areas of certain nations, Muslim Imams and extremists exercise more power than the national average would indicate. Today's 1.5 billion Muslims make up 22% of the world's population. But their birth rates dwarf the birth rates of Christians, Hindus, Buddhists, Jews, and all other believers .. Muslims will exceed 50% of the world's population by the end of this century. Adapted from Dr. Peter Hammond's book: Slavery, Terrorist and islam |
