Good evening to everyone,...I submitted application July 31st, got appointment for Sept. 3 but did a walk-in on the 13th of August and got my Visa on the 31st of August. I arrived in the UK on Tuesday 8th of September via BA on a one way ticket @ #388k.
In case you are traveling, remember to fill the UK govt isolation contact online form required of you 48 hours before your flight.
I'm with my brother in Peterborough but my school is in Hull...which is about 2.5 hours from Peterborough. Fortunately for me, courses this semester so far will be online, hence I can hang around till things are better out there or when I'm ready. A BIG shout out to the organisers of this forum,... Your views , instructions and leadings really helped out. Thanks. |

freshprince24: Submitted on the 1st of September, interview was scheduled for 11th but did a walk in on the 3rd. After biometrics, did my interview, went with my dependants but It was just me though as the main applicant who had an interview.
It was short with just 5 questions.
1 - Introducing myself. 2 - Why the UK 3 - Why the course 4 - How will it be useful to me upon my return to Nigeria And Lastly 5 - If I understood everything that was asked.
The interviewer (a lady) was quite friendly and easy going, the session didn't last more than 5 minutes.
Venue was TLS Victoria Island. Congratulations in advance,... You will be given!! |

SyberKate: Good day house... Please who has applied for Form A through GT Bank and how long did it take for your account to be debited. Did mine just the other day and they were saying it could take a week or more and I'm sceptical that it shouldn't take that long.
So please who else has gone through gtbank form a application process I paid my school fees deposit with form A via GTB July 9th but it took a week then. GTB charged me #502/£1 then. Relax it will be done but it might take time , especially now that it's scarce. Just notify your school that you have paid. |

no cause of worries. I felt the same way too. 1neboss: Good day house, so i had my interview yesterday. I was the last person for the day. The interview questions were rushed and were basic, like the 3 whys and school start date. I came out feeling good but as time went by, the feeling of uneasiness started creeping in because when he asked me a question, as soon as i give me first reason he switches to another question as soon as he is done typing(he asked me to slow abit so he can type]...as soon as the interview ended he left his table...my worry is that i didn't give enough reasons, do i have a valied reason to be worried?. |

Name and Date of Birth
Are you fit for this interview
Course name
Course start and end date
School Name
Why this school
Why UK
How does it fit into my career
Did you hear me very well
Wasn't asked anything about accommodation despite that am going with dependants. Was done in 5 mins tops. Very friendly lady (60's I guess). She was smiling all thru.
Good luck to everyone else. That means we saw each other there garuskoko ( I did my documentation on Tuesday but the interview was postponed to Thursday) . I had my interview likewise at VI, around 9am , same lady with a golden hair, almost same questions without asking me where I would stay and so on. Less than 10inutes . All the best. |

donchukey: The walking service is not guaranteed na the matter we dey o I was at TLC VI today, I got their around 6am but people who came around 7/8am got in before me. How? They told the entrance officers their intentions earlier than I did, because their is no writing down of names ... Those who were selected to come in where at the discretion of the entrance officers. I eventually came in by 9:30am. I did my documentation and biometrics but by around 3:30pm the interviewers stopped... About 8 of us were still remaining to be interviewed for the day. We were told to come on Thursday. |

Update
So apparently, access bank monthly limit is $1000 and I am to pay $1005.

That means , Access bank has a monthly limit of $1000, I guess. I have to transfer money (naira) to my brothers Access account and use his card details to pay. |
