But don't forget that PH is the biggest slum in Southern Nigeria. PH will start a journey of actual development when at least 95% of the town which constitutes slum and ghettos are completely pulled down.

I was one of the consultants that did a photogrammetric survey of PH in 2015. PH is generally a slum with pockets of good areas like old GRA and new GRA. Aside that, the entire town should be demolished to the ground to pave way for decent development. PH as it is right now is an urban jungle filled with ghettos and slum. So don't come here to brag over nothing.
