It is a populated village just like all of Nothern Igboland including Orlu, Nkwerre, Anara, Ekwulobia, Okwelle etc. Let us be real for once. Indigenes of Nnewi built industry in their village but that does not make it township. Maybe those that don't know Nnewi or Northern Igboland well might fall for your lies. If you call Nnewi a city, then the entire area of Igboland from Orlu to Awka is a city including Amaigbo, Ihiala, Uli, Mgbidi and Oguta.

Ok here is Akabo road near Owerre where 211 billion was wasted. I noticed bikes are still plying the rural areas as it was only banned in urban areas.

This is Imo state university. In an oil producing state, where the gov borrowed 211 billion for road marking. You guys are backward for real..

Abagworo: I don't really need pictures as I've been to those places. Awka has only one dual carriage way and its narrow with open drainage. Orlu today boasts of at least 5 dual carriage ways and some with streetlights. There's a Children's park as well which I know does not exist in Anambra State because Obi sees clean environment and green field as misplaced priority just like Chino.

Awka is less than 22years old but its far more developed with many dualised roads. Owerre of over 50years cannot boast of decent environment. I rate Nnewi and Owerre at the same level.

You should have asked him if Owerre is more developed than Ekwulobia. Orlu is a ceespit, riddled with abandoned roads, a cave town even ordinary Ihiala beats it hands down.

Abagworo: Don't tell me you believe those of Imo are real and recent even after seeing Ohakims posters. The truth is that Imo has improved and its not hidden but Chino and Obi are angry that Ngige will steal the glory of developing Anambra which they failed to do in 8years. Orlu today is more developed than Awka courtesy of Rochas.

FYI: Ekwulobia is far more neater and developed than Owerre in all indices of development. There are more bank in Ekwuluobia than Owerre. Fact!

Nah! Am only talking about how much that is available to Apkabio and Rochas. With the transformation that went on in Akwaibom, it did not take Apkabio more than 120 Billion naira. But here Rochas had N211 billion naira and we can't see what he did with it. That is the bone of contention. He will have to explain it or Imo state people will suffer it for the next 500years without having to enjoy the said loan in anyway whatsoever.

I am not defending Rochas as you think. The man is just 2 years in office and you expect him to perform miracle? There are some governors who stay 4 years in office and nothing to show for it. Rochas has stayed only 2 years and he has done more than TA Orji and some passive governors who are almost completing their tenure. Is Rochas the first governor to take loan from bank for developmental purpose? Why should Imo state be different? So what if he has so many billboards on the streets of Owerri?
