Most Governors pool the LGA funds to execute more demanding projects while leaving the LGA's incapacitated with little to no funds.

Imo State is today far more infrastructurally developed with every community having a road under construction or completed while Owerri and Orlu are wearing completely different looks. Orlu in particular is of note because a new city was buiilt there. About 120 new model schools have been completed with 200 more under construction. A new health centre is being built in every LGA as I write. There's a youth must work agricultural program and free education at all levels.
