So when will Dec 15th shipment be ready for pickup?

I stay outside Lagos. From what I've read so far on this thread, KBM does the shipping from Lagos to other parts of the country. What I don't know for now is their mode of operation. How will they send the item to me? How do they charge? Do they charge per pound like LSMG or is it fixed? Please can someone enlighten me?

Chinos, I've been trying to reach you as usual on Whatsapp but it seems like you've not came online throughout today. On the invoice that was sent to me, it says " Dec 15th shipment." What I do not understand is, is it Dec 15th shipment leaves US or Dec 15th shipment arrives Nigeria?
