Orlando, I am totally surprised by your response. The last time I checked none of us asked for this stupid advice you are trying so hard to shove down our throats. Applications and cvs are being collected, we that don’t have connection went to submit! We didn’t ask you for advice, tfare or your myopic input so please keep it to yourself!
Recently, NERC recruited and most of the people that got in were based on merit!
It isn’t all MD, DG and ES that work with connection incase you aren’t aware and even if we are selected for next recruitment, still keep quiet! You must not always talk and show your emptiness!

Please about the job suggestion I said I would make to that person, it was because he said he teaches and is paid 30k monthly. I don’t have any job slot not to talk of one to give out. I am also hoping God remembers me. Schools like Regents, Broadoaks, Oakland, Abuja prep are top British school one with teaching background (especially British curriculum experience ) can apply to in Abuja. While in Lagos, there is Green springs etc.

Please the messages and plea for help should stop as me sef dey find 😩

2] A friend applied for Immigration, she wants to know if politicians have completely hijacked it or there is still hope, someone close to CG told her, she will still get the job.

3] Who have an idea when the boards of federal
agencies dissolved will be Constituted?

4] Which agency can Inspector General of Police help someone into?

When I did my IT in 2019 at Tetfund, I saw a recommendation letter from the Inspector General of Police. I was coincidentally in the HR department when the letter was brought in. Now if the letter was acknowledged and if the person got the job is what I don’t know but then the guy may have gotten the job. So I guess the IGP’s recommendation letter can enter any office but you can look at places like Police civil service commission cos that would be easier and his letter would have more weight there.

In these agencies, the strength and level of ur connect is directly proportional to whether they are recruiting or not. In other words, if your connect is strong then yes, they are recruiting (they will add you to their list of next recruits immediately) but if your connect isn’t strong then sadly, they aren’t recruiting.

I think you should google it. Like type government agencies/parastatals under under Midstream committee in Nigeria. I don’t know if the results would be accurate but at least that would give an idea on what to expect. I did same for mine but I still asked on this thread sha just to be extra sure 😂

The first three are fantastic places from what I have gathered on this thread. I haven’t really heard about NEXIT tho but they sound rich and scream well paid😂 but if I were in ur shoes, my choice would be between NDIC and SEC. I would consider CBN if it was maybe a senior entry level position I would be placed in🙂

He even told me that he would have really loved to help, but just unfortunately he lost his house of representatives seat...

This is very true. Northerners are very helpful no doubt. You have better chances of being helped by a northern politician than your fellow southern politician. To think that I had a house of reps relative and all the while he couldn’t get any of us (his younger cousins) work is so heart breaking. It is well!
