Driver so that your PC can identify your phone.
Once that is done, just run the Droid tool and
wait for it to detect your phone. On the upper
side of the interface, click Phone information.
Now you can see a Tab for IMEI /NVRAM. Just
click it and you can easily change your IMEI
from there.

tboyw: dial this code to enter engineer mode *#*#3646633#*#* then click on CDS information under connectivity tab, choose radio information then choose phone 1 or 2 depending on the one u want to change the imei. now after at+, type EGMR=1,7,"imei number" for sim 1 and EGMR=1,10,"imei number" for sim 2. e.g. AT+EGMR=1,7,"354653153752364" now click on send at command. that's all

after trying the above, it kept telling me this command is not allowed in userbuild.....what else can I do to change the imei?

1. Go to settings, click on security then tick install from unknown sources and untick verify with google
2. Open the above link through your phone and click on download
3. After downloading the file, click the file downloaded from your notification panel or open the downloads app then open it
4. Keep clicking next and finally install
5. Once installed, open the app
6. A popup comes click on the right button I think, (maybe it was left, I'm not so sure)
7. Click on the green root button in te middle
8. Wait while it loads, and after it finishes loading, open your drawer and find king user app that was newly installed after u rooted.
9. You are rooted

Incase king user shows stopped working, like it did for me, reboot the device, now shouldn't crash
Bonus
10. Go to play store and search root checker, install the first one you see. Then open the downloaded app, click verify root button, a popup comes, grant it access and tadaa it shows u r rooted. Congrats
