Hello my bbm have been failing to open it keeps writing "unfortunately bbm has stopped " and I use a Samsung s4.what can I do?

hello folks....I backup and reset my phone and I noticed my bbm has not been opening.what I see now is "unfortunately bbm has stopped " what can I do.urgent response please.God bless!
