I wrote my own assessment on Thursday 1st of November.
and I got the second mail today.

Let's know whether they are following a pattern here

But funny thing is in the survey they are calling it an interview whereas it's actually an assessment test.
Or am I the only one here who was expecting a digital interview but instead got a series of more or less GMAT based questions?

I was also expecting a digital interview as they said from their email

I got this mail when I finished the assessment about two weeks ago.

Is anyone still at level 1 or 2? Let's know please.

Don't know where you got yours from. But I don't think a firm will invest money to train people and end up not employing the best minds.
Mind you,they don't employ ALL, just the best. Same thing too for the Trainee jobs.
It's just semantics.

Just so you'll know, they've been testimonials from people who were formally interns with Guinness and now employed.

Get your fact right.

There's no wound yet until he removes the nail. The object is blocking the space where blood would gush out from. That's why it is advised that when stabbed,you shouldn't remove the object unless you're an expert(doctor,nurse etc) for fear of bleeding to death
