@ Poster Igbo ladies dont marry late or is there any proof to back this unfounded argument? there may be matured igbo spinsters probably still searching but that is not peculiar to igbo ladies alone. the point am making is late marriage is not synonymous with igbo girls, period, pls check your fact, am a living example married early schooled , have kids, and by Gods grace strong and stable in my home |

@posterKeep quiet and just observe if you have nothing intelligent to contribute, dont spoil the intelligent argument mekana is making |
@Poster, what is the lady's literacy level? if she is learned you can think of sitting her down and aproach issues diplomatically otherwise forget it. But these are facts you must consider--- whisking away a sleeping child is givin the child extreme discomfort, you cant continue to please her at the expense of the baby's good health and comfort. the baby could grow fond of her instead of you, that is not good atall, there should be a bond btw you and your child always taking your child simply means she wishes she is the mum, this leads to envy that breeds jealousy which breeds hatred., its a fact. I know her type, she understands perfectly well that your not pleased with her bursting into your bedroom, but she pretends not to, even taking a sleeping child not minding your mild protest , i tell you within her she knows you didnt like it, either, To end it , all you have to do is move out of that place if you have the resources, because either way, she will pick offence no matter how mild you try to address the issue. remember she is still searching, a searching womb is always very unhappy |
Chrisbenogor: michelin89:crazy pple online, well you guys make me laugh and ease off my stress sometimes ![]() |
@ Poster, I guess the zeal for doing God's work has eaten him up, I envy him. wish I can do that for God someday someday, but I pray the holy spirit gives him direction the next time, I mean he shld ve stopped seeing its sleeping hour, afterall eccl. says, "there is time for every thing under the sun" |
manmustwac:what has that got to do with the topic, this site is becoming uninteresting , thanks to all this unintelligent pple, nothing says you must comment on every thread, you can read thru and move on, if you have nothing reasonable in your head to contribute |
@ poster your thread is dangerous and incites negative tribal sentiments, I anxiously read thru, hoping to read about any marginalization to no avail. That some politicians were denied slot for Hajj is no denial of basic amenities as you claimed. Pls think before you post anything on this site , alot of serious minded people are here, when next you wish to amuse your self or want to have unserious fun to go facebook. ![]() |
@ oyb obviously u didnt get my point, i was quoting somebody who listed all the responsibilities of the man , which includes paying nanny, driver, dstv , and i went on to say that a man who can afford all that , is obviously a richman and will not give a wife just N15k for housekeeping |

who pays the nanny/maid/driver? who is paying the rent? who is fueling the car and generator? who is paying for dstv who is paying for baby clothes and feeding(which is distinct from feeding) who is paying for cooking gas, detergent, etc(the woman said food, not house maintenance) who pulls out the wallet when the tv malfunctions, when the generator stops working? A man that can afford a driver and nanny, even dstv obviously lives in opulence and as such wouldnt give a woman N15k for housekeeping, pls think before posting ![]() |
Lots have been said, just adding my quota, EXPENDITURE IN FAMILIES VARIES ACCORDING TO FAMILY SIZE, CLASS , TASTE AND INCOME, so the argument of 15k being enough or not does not suffice atall. @Uju, may be you meant wel,l but your phrases were very rude and insultive, pls choose your words not only on NL but in every and any interaction, u never can tell where u meet him |
@ nuzo Obviously you are in the know of happenings in china, Please tell me what exactly are we supposed to believe, -- that there was no killing of 30 Nigerians atall ?--- or that they were not killed for illegal imigration purposes, because either way the ambassador was still not mentioned |
Congrats! Your girlfreind has proved she can be there fou you through thick and thin, a true wife material, a combination of inner and I believe outer beauty, a guy should not despise ![]() |
Yahoo has not seen reason to buy that much on nairaland because it is african, Back to the topic the two are incomparable, facebook is purely fun related. Nairaland talks real and serious issues. A tremendous display of intelligence is witnessed on nairaland - facebook talks about romance & stuffs, No doubt intelligent matured minds seeking more wisdom and grasp of issue will prefer nailaland, while young unexperienced, gullible naive teenagers prefer Facebook, its all about PRIORITY |

I'm not an avid listener of moment with Mo, but she doing well for herself. What i can say is that she's trying. But the screen divas i would place ahead of her are Funmi Iyanda and Ireti Doyle. I can't really tell why Funmi did not get sponsorship for her programme. [/quote Agreed Funmi is very inteligent and lively, Her failure is as a result of the station her programme aired, if for instance the programme was on AIT or STV, I bet she would have gotten sponsorship, every wise investor needs ROI |

@chosen04 bless you sister, It is good to say positve things about one's country, but the truth is THERE IS NOTHING POSITVE ABOUT THE PRESENT NIGERIA WE LIVE IN, we are gradually drifting into a state of zero power supply, tanx to PHCN All the manufacturing companies in Nigeria are moving to Ghana where there is steady power supply, who gave Ghana electricity? this migration of firms means obvious unemployment for the so called increased number of graduates. Security is completely at zero level, people sneak up to people anytime, anywhere and snuff life out of them with no traces of identification of culprit. Governors are sworn in today, thrown out tomorow because there entry was doubtful, Talk about the labour market, how does the labour law cover the worker in private company, who is made to work for more than the stipulated time with no over time pay and threat to sack should he protest? What about all the corrupt leaders being arrested by EFCC yet nothing is heard about it later, Nigeria is richly blessed with natural resources but are they all not neglected for crude oil?, Honestly speaking the effect of Bad governance, non commitment on the part of leaders has ruined and will continue to ruin all endevours untill there is a revolution, I beg I wan go Biafra |
@ Sky blue, I dont see you as being more civilised than Prof Dora, the problem with us Nigerians is that we find it dificult accepting our own. If Nigeria tries as little what Sony did, Abroad, somebody is bound to be jailed for it. Besides its high time the Oyibos realise that Niaja should not be taken for granted. Let us all join hands to promote the rebranding project , we need it. Am not a racist but let Oyibos know that second class treatment is no longer acceptable by us much less in our own domain |
ThanK GOd for you, Pls how did you apply, I am very good in media planning and buying, i would like to work there too. |
A beautiful female friend has a tribal mark that poses challenge to her confidence, can it be erased? if yes how? |
Why must she be single?? employers like you do not encourage young career women, or do you belong to that class that feels a woman should throw away her certificate once she is married. I expect you to channell your interest in finding a committed , dedicated and knowledgeable employee instead of the hype you made for a single woman. no be say i wan apply sha! |
