Something is off about this school and their arrangements.
Few weeks ago, just two weeks after I registered on their portal, I received a mail asking me to pay first semester school fees and enrollment, total of €1085. I was asked to pay in the next 12 days which ran out on the 6th of April.

I cross checked the email address on the portal and it rhymed with the one with which I was emailed. I even received a letter of admission from these guys.

An admission letter when all I did was sign up with my email address and password. No Bsc documents, transcripts, or whatsoever among their requirements was uploaded by me before receiving a letter of invitation confirming my admission.

I just waved these guys off. If they're looking to catch "desperate" Nigerians off-guard, then they've missed the aim.

I don’t think there’s anything “off” about the school.
The school needs students, it’s also accredited so, there’s nothing to fear.

I was worried that my portal still shows registered but I got in contact with them and they gave me their reasons and I was asked to wait for about 2 weeks for my invitation letter and tuition fee/enrollment fee invoice before paying.

Enrollment fee of 65 euro. For them to process my application.

I did oo, I’m waiting for the formal mail before making any payment because this is not their admission procedure

I received a mail to pay the enrollment fee. Does it mean admission is sure because they sent me a document this morning.
This mail contradicts the message in the document.

You can get admission for Masters with 2.2 and for Visa, your age doesn't matter

Plan for 1 week. Cost of authentication depends on the number of your documents.
Feeding depends on your stomach, Abuja is still Nigeria so, the food is the same thing.

they will have to give you a 6 months statement of account and a sponsorship letter signed and stamped.
i think even with these you will need to still present your personal account statement of account as well

I only have an answer for no. 2 question.

I was in Abuja few months back, Ministry of Education ish doesn't even cost up to 10k depending on the number of documents.
N300 per page. If you have an ATM card that can do mobile banking, go with it because it'll help you spend less on Remita wahala

If you have time, do it yourself & it won't cost so much, unless you need eligibility letter, then there might other extra charges

Anyways, here are some points to note when contacting a potential supervisor.

Check his or page
Find out about his or her research interest
Familiarize yourself with his or her recent publications.
Develop interest in one or more of his or her publications

Thereafter, mail him or her, explaining what you understand by his or her research interest and clearly discuss how you can contribute to his or her research team.

Eventually, express your excitement in working under his or her tutelage.

Uniassist takes 4-6 weeks for processing (it's usually less than that, but this is the official time frame). If it has exceeded this time frame and you're yet to get the evaluation mail then contact them via the contact form on their website.

It's a great idea, but on what basis would your school write to the embassy to give you priority? If the school is giving you a scholarship, that would surely suffice.... Otherwise, I do not think they will do that.
