He would have been granted bail for sure and upon perfecting bail condition. S/HE would have been able to negotiate with efcc and the rest would have been history as in the case of Nairamarley. So don't blame the courts (doing so would mean ignorance) blame sisterhood and his /her lawyer.

Even the 6months jail term is actually 3months

I was at one of my building site and digging a foundation and the workers dug up this white stone, upon noticing its strange look. I asked the person digging to hand it over. I've been wondering what kind of stone it is.
