With humility and respect, i wish to advice the ''C in C'' of Nairaland community to enact a new law whereby before any member is placed on ban, such a member should be warned atleast twice before finally being banned. This will make the management of this great forum have a ''human face''. The current dictatorial tendencies of some Mods who see themselves as demi-gods should be blatantly discouraged. I'm saying this because Nigerians are people from different walks of life, cultures, beliefs, religions and accademic backgrounds. In this guise, you dont expect everyone's behavioural attitude to be stereotyped. What i think nairaland should encourage is tollerance and not an eye for eye frivolity which is what the Mods are currently doing. Not too many people are well cultured, so for the Mods to balance the equation the need a vast understanding of human antropology. I see no clear cut reason why a registered member shld be banned for as long as one month. All i clamour for is the respect of individual members by the management of this forum.
