The BAN can be killed for mistaken identity, but not because he is a BAN boy.
BAN have a similar handshake with that of eiye, so if during the war aiyes see the BAN boy shaking his fellow Alora, they might mistaken them for eiye boys and kill them.

Many frat men have died for mistaken identity, some are even killed knowingly.

Lets say an Aiye pull a hit on Eye(i mean going to war with eye)can other frat(Ban)be a target??
For instance..there is war btw EYE AND AIYE during the process the AIYE come across a BAN..
can that BAN be killed to cant scores or..left alone since they aint in war with BAN but EYE??
