After a refusal i wrote a pap letter 2 weeks ago detailing why i believe the case worker made a flawed decision ignoring all explanations for some deposits and flagging them. The SSHD agreed to withdraw the decision and sent me a letter to that effect. However today about 2 weeks after they withdraw the refusal i also got a letter from ukvi stating that they confirmed there are procedural errors in the way my application was handled, does that mean they will grant ? Yeah....You are very likely to get a re-issue. I have done this twice b4 and i got a re-call. I was asked to return my son's passport for re-call. And visa was issued within 24hrs.

it was a bad idea to use a sponsor. I recently helped a lady get 6 months visa, but she had to do POF of around 8m. Why would someone sponsor a full grown man like you to come a visit? Before applying, ask yourself if you would grant yourself the visa if you are the visa officer

I have recently been refused a visit visa to attend my sister’s wedding in the uk. The wedding is in mid September. I want to explain that I am awaiting nysc so it’s illegal for me to be employed without completing the nysc scheme( Section 12 of the National Youth Service Corps Act (originally promulgated as Decree No. 24 of 1973). This is a lifetime event and also following the demise of my mum I would like to be present for my sister’s wedding.
I applied separately with my father, his own visa was approved and he is my sponsor. The VO acknowledged that my father will be sponsoring so it should explain the £1600 I will be spending. The VO also didn’t acknowledge the part of the letter from my university that’s says I will be coming back to do my nysc.
I would appreciate your advice.

You can give it a shot. I applied for my daughter who is also awaiting her NYSC call up letter but i was able to get a letter of recommendation from my Office and the school ...maybe that was what worked for her.

I use an honda pilot 07 model....very strong and reliable car but there is an issue with the rear wheel . The left wheel at the back is always bent when loaded.
