Funny as it sound,he asked the guy who ran away with the car,to swear an Affidavit to claimed ownership before they could buy,so the guy went and swore an unsigned Affidavit.
Meaning,he knew the property that is, the car does not belong to the guy who wilfully stole it from the original owner.
Can u own car with just an Affidavit,how and where,except with valid evidence of custom papers,shipping documents to supports it before it could be registered.

My main point is that,the guy who stole the vehicle said,the guys knew the car was nit his,yet they went ahead and gave him money and subsequently sold the car.
