It is not easy but ensuring security remains one of the primary responsibilities of the Governor. So Gov. Soludo should step up big time.

Yes. Anambra State may be under siege but saying he has not done any project is merely badmouthing a strong man who refuse to come and worship at your ministry ground.

Interestingly, ex-Gov. Obiano employed a lot of unorthodox means to quell similar siege during his time and he is currently in court for diverting security votes.
What unorthodox methods did obiano employ please.

What has the church done to support the Government in terms of security?

Can’t the church donate units of surveillance cameras?

All the money they collect during crusades which of cause is tax free….

Yorubas are already in their space

The question is how many Yorubas are living in southeast compared to Igbos in southwest.
Yorubas already separated themselves, na Igbos dey inside southwest grin
People are not living in SW.. they’re living in Lagos. The rest of SW is useless and a vast slum.

I have said it before and I will say it again. Any body that wants to separate, FG should buy some plots of land very far from here, around centre africa and move those who want to go to that place.

Often times, countries that separate and live close to each other are always at war, eg Ethiopa/Eritea, India/Parkistan, Isreal/Palestine, Russia/ Ukraine, South Korea/North Korea, South Sudan/ North Sudan... The list is just endless
You are downright misinformed.

Nobody is “attacking” tinubu because he is Yoruba, people dislike the man (including yorubas) because he is a failure. He is the worst president to ever have emerged. He will fail and people know this, that’s why they dislike him.

Obi did worse as Anambra Governor.

This is why as an Aguleri man, from thesame State with Obi, will never support him for president.

He doubled Anambra poverty index by the Time he left as Governor

Could this be the reason my Igbo brothers act like an intoxicated mind.
Thank God I'm now staying in Yorubaland
Yoruba people are a wonder. You guys need serious mental evaluation. Your thought pattern is scary.

Dreamer!

When you talk about secession, you only consider the major tribes and prolly those ethnic groups with a fairly huge population and land to themselves.

You dont even worry about gwari, Jukuns, Egede, Igala and the other small groups(around 240) that do not even have the land and resources to survive on their own. How do you want them to cope? Thats insensitive

He should rest abeg. The world is bigger than Yoruba, Hausa and that one
It’s easy to see the only reason you still support Nigeria as one is simply for the interest of your tribe and not for Nigeria. You are still concerned about how your own tribe will survive without this contraption, or maybe your tribe is among the major tribes that has access to high ranking political offices at the moment so this gives you a false sense of superiority and you prefer this to separation, and that’s the point. People like you who champion one Nigeria are less concerned about Nigeria as unit and more concerned about your personal or tribal interests. And this is the reason Nigeria doesn’t work. The people fighting or “begging” for united Nigeria are not encouraging those that are skeptical about it.

Please if your response will be full of insults and personal attacks on people, then it’s best not to respond. I don’t have time for that now.

In every part of the world, there will always be exceptions like that. Go to america or Europe and you will see citizens, white men begging on the streets or doing odd jobs
If there’s nothing special about our region, then stop coming to our region… simple as abc
The thing is, nobody is coming to your region because they think it is better, they’re coming because it’s the only region that has a functional seaport, a state that is heavily supported by the FG in terms of economic investment.

If Nigeria’s economic activities is decentralized, Lagos would loose its economic relevance in Nigeria as people would leave in droves to the region with nascent economic development and opportunities.

SW’s lagos is a product of lazy governance. And it needs to be corrected. At least we can all agree on that.

Security is an issue in Anambra but sometimes when you read comments on social media about his second term being in jeopardy you'll pity those who get information regarding the state only from the social media.
Could you elucidate on that?

Once Soludo is APGA candidate, he will win again. Unless he leaves APGA. I don't even see any serious Candidates that can challenge him. Ifeanyi may have been the toughest challenge if he didn't pass away but all these other names I'm hearing, Val ozigbo and co don't have what it takes to defeat Soludo
Reasons?

Haven’t you learned of cases where a less popular politician defeated the relatively popular one?

Or you just like incompetence?

Because your first House is this earth and all and you appreciate that it could not build itself. The universe is just an extensive "landscape" in which this our House is just one of the houses in it

And It is The Landlord/Owner and the Builder of this house we live in, is Who people call God!
So basically your analogy implies that everything that begins to exist, must have had a cause?

If so, then who created god?

The bold already tells you. Science is only studying all the Things He Who is called God has finished creating.

Exactly how when cars, planes, phones were created and people were studying them and taking them apart and putting it together and all those experimental things.

So here, science is clearly playing catch up on the things God has long since finished creating and moved on to other things we do not know or we do not yet know or we shall never know.
My question now is how did you draw that conclusion that god exists?

MaxInDHouse:
The highlighted really amuse me because as one of Jehovah's Witnesses today what i have been taught is LOVE!

OK let's get started!

The whole idea of God was complicated when i first heard it because there are thousands of religions all claiming believers in God yet there is crime, violence and injustice everywhere so i pretended as if it's well after all everyone around me seems OK with it males, females, young and old, educated and illiterate all claim someone is up there watching us but then at the slightest chance they pick up weapons and start fighting and killing their neighbours while they forget this imaginary sky daddy.

All the religions around me are guilty so i kept it in my mind that once i find right thinking individuals like myself i will share what is in my mind but fortunately or unfortunately as it may seem i never found someone to share my thoughts until one day i was in a restaurant with my pairs then a young guy my age back then said his pastor (Oyedepo) just bought a private jet and asked
"how is God blessing these people nah?"
Another said
"they are all deceivers robbing people of their hard earned money"
Then one of us asked:
"Which of all these is telling people the truth?"
That's when an old man in his late 60s said: "children, will you like to know the only religion teaching the truth?"
We all responded "YES sir!"
I expected him to say "Islam" because from the way he dressed he's a Muslim but to my surprise he said:
"Do you know those people that goes about with umbrella and bag?"
One of my mates said:
"Jehovah's Witnesses!"
The old man said "that's the only religion saying the truth but don't ask me why i haven't joined them or how i knew"
Instantly i became curious because back then i was also a Muslim and i haven't met this religion before so i asked my friends to tell me more about Jehovah's Witnesses but all i was getting are negative comments.
Then i decided to find them myself ọmọ come and hear teachings!
What shocked me mostly is that this religion don't join politics or military so when talking about WARS no single member of this religion is involved globally!
That's what attracted me to them and i began learning more about God's purpose for mankind and gradually i began seeing the sense in the existence of a Creator who united people of all kinds and made them one big and happy family of peace loving worshipers! Isaiah 2:2-4; Micah 4:1-3
Such a fascinating story. I am quite enamored by your write-up, even though I don’t quite find it convincing as proof of God’s existence.

To your first question, did your House and the things in it create themselves?
Nope. But I would also ask you, what does God’s existence have to do with whether or not I think my house created itself? Could you elucidate on that?

Are you making an analogy between my house to the visible universe?

You are funny. Do you know the meaning of science?
I would say; science is “finding the truth”.

Science is the most scrupulous, unbiased method for truth-seeking that has ever being invented by men. Its purpose is to find out the truth about the universe, run rigorous tests on the discovered item, and set out to debunk it, just to make sure it’s correct.

I would love to hear your perspective though.

A mental encounter or hallucination is not proof of the paranormal. Depending on one's emotional or psychological state, even the most seemingly healthiest of us all can experience a hallucination. To then declare that experience proof of existence of the non-physical amounts to leaping off and away from sanity towards insanity. undecided
I just needed the gist. I don’t believe any such things exist. Way to ruin it.
