Something like that sha. I'm a freelancer but jobs are not always available so I try to maximize my time on QA.

It's been all good so far. I can't remember the last time I made less than 20k in a week I worked on QA fully...

Those digital with their plenty speakers require critical thinking, else one gets an auto 1 for incorrect speaker labels.

I once came across a digital call with 6 different speakers, a their voices all sounded alike. I had to just jejely release as I could not easily differentiate d between the speakers.

These people no get joy. U get $12 for 400 minutes, $5 for 200 and $2 for 100mins, but u don't get a dime for 300mins.

Someone that with 200mins and someone with 399mins get the same $5. Imagine that kind thing.

My $12 bonus for this week has been dealt a huge blow by this stupid 40 minutes call that I got rated 3 on (incorrect Branding). I had no idea it was supposed to be a company name because from the conversation it didn't seem like the name of a company.

How I wish I could just go back in time and correct myself

Funny enough, the ebook does not even tell u how to withdraw to a card directly. You still have to sell to exchangers.

So people sell paypal funds at N250 per dollar. Selling at that rate is equivalent to u sharing the money into three parts, giving the exchanger one part and you taking two parts.

The reason why u are seeing short calls is because u are new. It's not supposed to be gibberish though.

I don't see how telling someone to check the FAQ or to back read relates to that person being harsh.

We all try to help one another here, but we should at least be able to help ourselves when it comes to those basic things. If u are new, skimming through the first 30 pages of this thread would give u an idea on what to expect and some possible questions u might have initially.

There is a lot of information on this thread and in the FAQ. Reading the FAQ once does not cut it.
The FAQ is something you'll always have to make reference until u get to the point where u don't need it anymore.

QA transcription is not for everyone. If u can't find the time to read through FAQ every once in a while then don't even bother going into it cos it'll be a waste of time for you.

The deductions are minimal. If the funds u are withdrawing are not much, if u do.the math u will find out it's better to sell to exchangers than to withdraw directly from PayPal.

Before Drawnobet came up with this africard stuff, dat is how we used to withdraw our money from PayPal.

U can sell to exchangers if the amount u are withdrawing is not that much.

1. It depends on ur area. It's better to get the one u feel the network is the strongest in ur area.

Have you actually looked at Derby's results before Lampard's arrival? They finished top7 before he arrived, so he more or less made minor tweaks to their system, his major achievement was reducing the average squad age of the team.

Conte's system worked primarily because of the element of surprise, the formation had never worked in England before then and many teams found it difficult to adapt to the system earlier and don't forget we had an advantage over our rivals with the lack of European football giving us long days of rest between games.
Conte's system imploded the minute other teams adapted to the formation.

I'm not saying that everything we've seen so far is down to Sarri's system but the basics have aided Lampard tremendously in impacting his system.

Clearly we can see its attack-oriented, however we can't tell his preferred formation or starting eleven or his preferred tactical subs so it's fair to assume that aspects of the game play we see now are factors INHERITED from Sarri's system.

When Chelsea hired Conte and when the results where not going his way witu 4 at the back, how long did it take Chelsea to understand his 3 at the back tactics/philosophy. I remember Chelsea even one the first game Chelsea played with 3 at the back.

These guys have been training and learning lampard's tactics/philosophy for close to two months now, so attributing Lampard's effort to Sarri is totally wrong.

If u followed Chelsea preseason games u will know Chelsea worked with 4-4-2, 4-4-2 diamond, 4-3-3 and 4-2-3-1.

If u said Sarri's philosophy made it easier for the team to adapt to Lampard's philosophy then I might be able to agree with u to an extent, but saying Lampard INHERITED Sarri's tactic is 100% wrong.

Framework means concept or basic structure of operation.

Must most of our attacks go through Jorginho like we had under Sarri? That was the basic concept of Sarriball which we all saw last season and the moment opponents detected that, we started wobbling. Lampard's system is quite different as our transition from defence to attack is not only by Jorginho.

Lampard used this same system at Derby, and you have full backs and CMs linking defence to attack with forward passes, so nothing like using any Sarri framework.

If Laampard succeeds, he takes all the praises. If he fails he takes the blame. Leave Sarri out of it.

Why not verify with the africard?
Why use a different card to verify?
