You know, I've been wondering why banks and other asset financing companies have auto and property financing products and all, but never a rent financing!
At the Lagos Island where I live and work, getting a meaningful accommodation is as good as parting with a minimum of N2million by the time one pays for the normal 2 years. by the time he does the furnishing, the total would have neared N4million (I mean for the average upwardly mobile class of course).
So, what if I rather chose to finance my accommodation as a priority to going for a car finance, are there companies that can finance about N3million house renting and furnishing project at an instalmental repayment plan with the normal 30% equity deposit?

My experience??  Then it was in my primary school, It was so bad that there was this half cast that resumed at my school, was in my class. U guys cant believe that for 2 whooping weeks the girl was arround, na stare-stare I take dey toast am, could not gather any liver, missed everything taught in the class, fell sick (of love) on top of it, Then after the two weeks of involuntary self punishment, the parents took her away to another school before I carry look hipnotise them daughter , Though the girl was staring sometimes too(got me thinking she had same feelings)

I mourned the girl's relocation hoping I would just meet her by chance someday and at least prove that I was'nt dumb

Though there is this company (maybe Jin Bei) that make a kind of Chinese version of Hiace buses which I read 2 months ago in a paper that they are leasing their busses even for transportation purposes, though then I did'nt pay much attention because I was thinking of anothe investment.
