@Zada, I got the invite this morning for interview tomorrow but how did you know its for call centre agents because it wasnt stated in the sms sent?

spykid014: Yea, I was shocked too when I saw it over a week ago. That's why they are taking their time to call for training cz dey know work space aint even ready. Bt def b4 dey finish training all d thousands, it wuud b ready. And its not a month or 2 away jor. Mayb a mnth or less.

At all yet to be call,honestly since you r invited for the final chat, ur letter is already waiting at their printer queue vault,it just for the first batch to finish and click print... Dont worry the turkey and tea break is a constant factor with no diminishing returns no matter the batch... And another thing is u all will enjoy the full staff bus package they r cooking now cos we the first batch are just enjoying one quarter of it as at now but soonest everything will normalize... So keep ur legs crossed 4 now not ur fingers cos they will be use to check ur mail invite and come on nairaland for info.... it is well...

@sleeky8, any news from Titan/Mtn cos I heard they have started sending unsuccessful mail to those that did the interview...

People are mixing recruitments together maybe because they ve done a lot of tests and interviews without any feedback from the company or recruiting agancies.LOLzzz... Northgate test that was done at Epe was just a speculation that they are recruiting for MTN,nobody is sure or certain who they r recruiting for except dey themselves,some pple are sayin it is anyother branch of CNSSL coy dat recruit 4 MTN call center agent because they saw some of their staffs at the venue but dat doesn't automatically mean they r recruiting for MTN though we knew the post is Customer Care... Then the test done with Titan is different and it is for customer service representative in MTN Partners store at Ketu and they did not collect any money.
Pls sleeky try and be easy on people with ur response.... How far have u gone now,any news feedback after the Matori office Interview?? Thanks

Dis particular job was nt advertise and Titan r recuitin 4 MTN take it or leave it. Jst so u knw d final interview was done at MTN office Fatia atere way, matori oshodi.

Don't mind that girl jare,u don't ve enuf knowledge of what u r saying. Let me give more clearity to this whole thing.. MTN recruit call Center Agent tru d process of phone call first than,computer typing test and later interviews,and this recruitments are done mostly internal or tru their call center agency company like cnssl or memcos,but memcos is no longer wit MTN... So the customer service officers Titan is recruiting are for MTN partnership stores which u see all over painted fully with MTN colour and logo... These stores are not majorly owned by MTN but just a partner,so different recruitment agent handle the recruitment for different stores at different locations...So MTN must also have a say and interview anyone dat will handlle their products enquiries dats why MTN staffs were involved in the 2nd interview stage at their office in Matori.. Titan is not fake o... Hope this help....

The state of Nigerian university is fast deteriorating into a state of final collapses. It is now certain that AASU must strike for 3months in a year before government come to their senses,its sad. Some universities spend a full year for a session instead of nine months i.e January 5 to. December 23. The rich send their children abroad or private universities where exorbitant fees which cannot be afford by the ordinary masses are been paid.They ruined our educational system to their own advantage and to the detriment of the poor masses; God will ask them. Imagine ordinary Ghana educational system is far more standard than ours who can ourselves giant of Africa instead of calling ourselves ANT OF AFRICA. Our so called heartless leaders should rethink of restructuring the educational system before is too late because education is the hope of the poor and the children of the poor who manage with many hurdles to be educated are ready to make the pronouncement of Karl Marx come to past. He said a time will come when the proletariat will revolt against the bourgeoisie and take power from the bourgeoisie, whereby a new state will be formed where their will not be class struggle and everybody will be the same.
    Our politicians, all what the masses need is not abundant money but just a well standard of living which encompasses itself into functional health system, standard education system with no or minimal cost, uninterrupted power supply, provision of basic social amenities and conducive business environment. If all this are provided, then to hell with our politicians, who cares. A word is enough for the wise.
