Anambra is not upto the size of a local Government in Kaduna. Anambra and the entire EAST contribute ZERO to the Economy. The multiple sit at home has exposed the EAST. If Lagos is locked for a day, the entire Country will feel the impact. But when it's locked multiple times like the East was locked, the Nigerian Economy will feel the impact.

The same thing implies to South South and the North. When South South is locked for a day, Nigerian Economy will be crippled. When the North is locked for a day, the Nigerian Economy won't survive the outcome. The North feeds the Country. They also produce all the raw materials that's used by all the manufacturing Companies.

But the EAST was locked for over 30 days, yet the economy kept waxing stronger. This clearly shows that, the EAST is irrelevant as far as Nigerian Economy is concerned. Without the East, Nigeria will even be better.

I have a friend who relocated to the East with a big business and now is always worried about the violence in d East. According to him,nobody is safe not even d Governor. His wife is always attacking him for leaving the North. According to him Kaduna where dey once based is better than the East. You are very correct. All the IGBO i know in the North have sworn that, they'll never relocate from peaceful North to the East. They can never sacrifice the peace they enjoy and the viable economy in the North for the EAST.

Onitsha ain’t even as hot as the state capital...Onitsha is cool.

Cult killings here and there in d state capital...gangs moving up and down. The situation in Anambra currently seems like some touts,cultists from other states were imported down to Anambra.

Anambra State never had these cult disturbances in previous govt...this govt just licensed thuggery and cultism and now pple can’t sleep in peace in a whole state capital.

Towns like Amawbia,nawfia,nise,Nibo,Abagana,EnuguUkwu,nimo etc in Anambra are more serene and safest than than even d state capital.

Movt around the state capital is a bit restricted. The only major road which houses prison,immigration,SCID is blocked because of security. And coupled with no good motorable roads in d state capital pple are made to pay through their nose for a journey which usually takes a short period of time.

In the original post, I stated that someone in a major city of the state told me that he and his friends were enjoying themselves in a local nkwobi joint by the time I spoke with him, around 9 -10pm.
That is why I became confused, because it is not rhyming with what people like you are saying here.
BTW Anambra people would NEVER relocate to another state or region. To go and do what there?

Ogidi hosts the largest building materials market in the whole South east and south south and even north central. And it is booming.

Look at what you are saying. You even proof that the State is not peaceful. Your friend is bragging that he and his friends were able to drink at a particular joint till 10pm. This is just one amongst the hundreds and thousands of joints in Anambra who don't operate beyound 6pm. If Anambra is peaceful, your friend won't say what he said.

But I urge IPOB to continue what they are doing in the Anambra since you claimed that the State is peaceful. Besides, its Buhari and the North that are feeling the pains as, IPOB kille and destroy IGBO land.
