HE Atiku is not a US resident, or citizen, yet he got justice. Honorable Judge Nancy has ordered the drug mule & certificate forger to show reason why his appeal should not be trashed, guess what his reason is: Irrepairable damage would be done to him!!!!!

Have you checked details of the court case to see exactly what Atiku is asking for?

Have you also checked the response of the school through their lawyers?

None of this case relates to President Tinubu gaining admission into or graduating from CSU, all parties are ok over that.

Honorable judge Jeffrey Gilbert quoted & rely on the needed Statue to grant HE Atiku's prayers! I am sure honorable judge Nancy would uphold Gilbert's ruling. They can only delay it this weekend. Expect a Ruling by Nancy on Monday, as she might be working on it this weekend!

In view of a positive ruling by Nancy.... i will be ordering flowers & chocolates for dear Nancy..... and also, some dog or cat food if she keeps one!

Absolutely wrong closet supporter. It's during arguments you bring out your evidence or now evidences gotten during application for appeal! The end game is near! The corrupt judiciary can ignore the evidences and rule in the favor of Asiwaju and get ridiculed as long as they live and even beyond, plus other sanctions which would bite more once Asiwaju is no longer there, or use the evidence as prescribe by law and rule fairly & credibly!

I am glad, our Law is based on the English justice system, which also is similar to what is obtainable elsewhere. The temporal reprieve is only for this weeked, by early next week honorable judge Nancy would rule, and it's going to be positive!

It's just a game. Anything you can do to frustrate and weaken your opponent's argument in court is allowed. I do not think the president is hiding anything but trying to speed up the litigation process by frustrating his opponent. If atiku doesn't have and submit the said result to the Supreme Court on or b4 21st September, he has nothing to proof this allegation. I may be wrong though!

You do not need to tell a sane judgement..... Are you referring to the judgement allegedly written by a former gov, or the one a retired supreme court justice indirectly made public at a function, or the ones that are fair to all parties and directly in line with known Statues?
