If you comment like a human, i wont treat you like a pig, and reply you. However, if you resort to unitelligient comments, i will return the reply embargo i placed on you! Like i earlier told you, being an AntiZikist is a welcmed development. Now, to your comment. How can you write on what you dont know, what you have no personal experience of? Well, you can write what ever lies you feel like. We dont complain in fair play...we only push back, and sometimes with more energy than thought. AntiZikist: |
REgarding your question! Reuben is clever by half...we know his plans of trying to land a job with asiwaju govt. And the only way to have Asiwaju attention is talk down on Igbos or PO. It gives Asiwaju a false sense of loyalty! Read well Kunle, abi hunger don blind you? Hoew can i write abot land ownership in Yoruba land, when i am not a yoruba, neither did i have land in yorubaland? Abi you dey read upside down? I wrote about land matters in Iboland, where i am from, own lands and a building of my own? I only advised those who sells land due to the dicttates of their stomach! Do you guys sell land due to rumblings in your stomach? ![]() ElSudani: |
I told these miscreants that Nigeria death penalty and gross human right violations plus the EU charter on fundamental human rights Article 19, 21, first of all have shieded Ekpa from possible deportation or extradition. He is not just a resident, but a person who served in their millitary, and currently a local politician! Iliterate miscreans no understand. Any way, anything Asiwaju like make he do e boy, na him sabi. na dem dem! ![]() |
Sweet heart, off course those people who thought Buhari will make $1 USD = 1NGN. You don forget them? Deceased? Our ancestors said everyone will go back to where they came from whether they like, let them live for 150 years! Buhari will not be an exception. Jailed? Hahahahah ....how has that make your life less miserable? pray tell us, because at the last count, you guys have introduced a new lexicon into Nigeria mainstream politics...EBI PA WAOOO!!! ![]() UltraSolid: |
But the chief troller on nairaland has a meaning ful life devoid of biterness..and he sleeps under the bridge and wakes up under the bridge thinking of Igbos & related matters....no be so Kunle? HAhahahaha.... person wey hunger don stop the full functioning of he brain naim i wan waste time on?Common, I dont do stuffs, Asiwaju renewed shege can do for me! ![]() By the way, i only told you stuffs that will better you or any sane person, that 1. Getting a job is key to better living. 2. Selling lands your ancestors passed down to yu is not a way to get rich. Working hard is the surest way to get rich. I talk any bad thing Kunle? ![]() helinues: |
Reuben Abati started all these. He's from a part of Nigeria which has no Ummuna or Customary laws guiding lands use, sale & transfer. They may have but chose not to follow it, instead opting to follow the dictates of their stomach. That should be their own problem, not mine. The Igbos have over many generations enacted and passed on a special purpose land Act law that's bidding on each family member so born to that family. As a member of that family, all the norms and laws are bidding on you to uphold, regardless whether it favors you personally or not. All Igbos understand this. That said, as an Igbo you are born into an Umunna or family of your father and ummune, family of your mother. They will tell you the laws guiding both family as occasion warrants. On this piece I will focus on ummuna land Act , which people from SW like Reuben Abati don't seem to understand. Now, Igbos are not Yorubas, neither are Yorubas Igbos. We're far way different than you can ever imagined. Given the behavior of the Fulanis, I'd place a Fair bet that the Igbos are more likely fula than yoru! Personally, I'd prefer to be a Fula, than a Yoru! Don't see this from the negative side. How the Igbos regulate land use, sale abd transfer within their communities: 1. Your ummuna customs is vital. 2. All lands are owned by the kindred, Umunna. 3. They don't share the land merely because one member of the family wants them to. If the reason is because you want to build, then you can pick a parcel from available options and do your thing. 4. Lands are only allocated to males, not females. You as a female will, must be married to another family, and your children will inherit lands there. That's Igbos fight hard to have male children. 4. The family compound belongs to the eldest. Juniors are given lands outside to build their own too. Hence making the family lineage to grow and expand. This creates a quasi independent family structure. 5. Lands you inherit should not be sold. You can sell lands you bought from other people with your own sweat, rather than what the forefathers gave you. 6. Becuase most lands are co-owned, only a unanimous decision by the Ummuna can give you right to sell an ancestral land. Now, you will spend lots of years seeking out your umunna, because some are abroad, some in Ameriaca, some in Europe, some are in other areas. hey all need to come together, hear why you want to sell the land, instead of working like any reasonable human. If your situation is bad, they will offer to donate money to help you rather than sharing the land and you selling your stake. That is what i call Democracy on the grassroot. Personal experience. What I noticed when I started building "my own" house in the village, 8 years ago. 1. The family compound, or what we call "Ihu ezi" belong to the eldest....my late uncle son inherited everything..... Everything damn thing. That's the law, and there's no going around it. Before then, a family tradition was broken to allow my own dad (the last born in the family), been the first millionaire in the family, to build a palatial house in the Ihu ezi. This was meant to make my family compound more modern and appealing. Yes, it was one of the best within the area. I actually wanted to renovate parts of his (my dad's own) house in the Ihu ezi, when my ummuna told me this. That what ever I do, build or renovate in the Ihu ezi technically belong to my older cousin, whose dad is eldest in my dad family. My dad was late, so didn't share this information before joining his ancestors. I was advice to ask the ummuna to show me lands owned by the family, and I can take from there and build what ever I want to build, and when it's time to share the family lands, that could substitute as mine. I got a huge parcel of land for free, from available options. Because I love Rivers, I chose one on the bank of a flowing river. You get my drift right? Problem solved. I was ok, but wowed. Even if I insist on owning my father's house in the family compound, and you take it to the Customary court system, that family law is what is relied upon, not your Abuja constitution.... Too bad, all these Ronu miscreants don't understand why we have Customary Court & laws in Nigeria. That's why I think from A-Z, they have low IQs. Can I sell land from where I took it from? No. You will have the Umunna & family deity fighting you for greed. If you want money, go work your ass off. Not selling what your forefathers didn't sell. If they sold it, will you inherit it? Can I sell the land I took because I want to build on it? No..... that's call Alu. Use the land for it's intended purpose. Yorubas have no family culture. They do whatever they like, selling off parcels of land co-owned with other family members.... using charms to kee each other... vroom money don finish for owambe, then they will start ronuing!!!. But the Igbo Ummuna & the customs that guides it is more revered than the Nigerian constitution. Joke with it and have your self to blame. 2. No matter where your land is located in the village, even if its a dense forest, those whose land lay on the route must give you pieces of land FREE to make a road that will lead to your own land when ever you start building. That is the law. On the route to the parcel of land i chosed by the river, lay the land of the richest man in my village. I was told he comes to the village every sunday with his convoy, and i can meet him, and tell him i will cut a bit from his land to create way for tippers bringing sands and stones for my building project. As i informed him, he told me to give him time to consult with his Umunna. That was all. Once i created that road, he can no longer lay claims to the road or the land with which i formed the road. It becomes public road. That is Igbo for you! Gbagbos. You see those things from SW will sell anything that looks like land, and even use juju to kee anyone remotely connected to it..... So as to keep the money to themselves, and squander it all on owambe. They want everyone to be like them ... Sorry, we don't want to be like Yorubas. In all honesty, I'd prefer to be a Fulani than a Yoruba. They don't understand integrity, family honor and brother's opinion on land matters. You can do whatever you like with your land, a land you bought with your money and sweat. Nobody's business. But you can't sell a land you got from Umunna. It's an ancestral land. You use and pass t to the next generation. You're technically not allowed to pass it to outsiders. It can only be shared to males alone, not females. When the white men first came to Igbo land and a decision was made to give them land to build their shrine, church, it was part of the Evil forest they gave him. Where corpses of evil people are thrown away.... It's not hate, it's the law. Igbos are known to give land, but it's not yours. For instance if an organization like Catholic church come ask for land to build a church, they will give it to them, because they will quickly fund out that no one man control catholic church, but if Chosen or Redeem or Winners chapel make same request they will ask them to look for a willing seller and buy from them! That's the Igbo people & land laws for you! If your own law allows lazy free loaders to sell all their ancestral land.. Tor na una sabi, those with money will come buy it from you. Read & buy my piece on Amazon: The Igbo Ummuna & it's usefulness! Ummune; Know yours! Why the Igbos prospers without beating an eye! |
Go and get a job and work..... Selling lands will never make you rich.... Only lazybones sell lands. If your fathers sold the land, will you inherit it? Tell me the lands Kunle and Ade will give their children, since they've sold theirs to strangers? Lawless people! helinues: |

The miscreants doesnt know that when it rains, it pours...here is one of the people in South Afgrican prison...a SW fellow: https://www.nairaland.com/8274764/family-nigerian-jailed-south-africa Mrexcell: |
Recently the usual miscreants from SW made it look like its only Igbos that are in South Africa..then and behold a poor guy from SW was identified as a jail bird in South Africa, and crying for help? You see hatred? It will push you until you hate your self and your people into destruction! Who have a sure link to the ugly old wich in charge of diaspora should alert her that most people in SA prison are her brothers before Abdul Olatunji die in South African prison. https://www.nairaland.com/8274764/family-nigerian-jailed-south-africa |
HAhahahahhahahaha....in aunt Remi voice...my husband dont need Nigeria money..... ![]() Even Buhari was a bit better, as he was eating, he was also giving loans in hundreds of thousands, in lot of instances millions of naira to almajiris...whic they will never pay back.... But it appears, Asiwaju no send all thease miscreants on nairaland ![]() |
Then its going to be a simple test of Public opinion then. ![]() I can imagine paying up a loan used for building expensive houses around the world by cursed leaders....damn!!!!! It will not be easy to agree to. pazienza: |
I may not know who will pay, but I'm damn sure I will be one of those who will oppose allowing the Igbos to pay for loans taken & used by idiots and their cronies for them and their lustful lifestyle. |
Yea off course.... The way a secession is viewed is not same way a terrorist group based on religion is viewed. Let draw your attention to this perfect examples: Hamas, Hezbollah, Talliban & Alqeada. Hamas & Hezbollah: By any standards, they're hard core shia terrorist group, but blended via the prism of secession. Hamas needs a homeland from territories currently held by Israel. Hezbollah has managed to build a country inside a country so that peace can reign. While Hamas, Hezbollah are labeled terrorist group by much of the developed West, Nigerian govt and much of Islamic parts of Nigeria consider them freedom fighters! Taliban: A radical group with idealogy who make them a terror group, but hey your former president Buhari Mohammad sent them $100M... This one naim tire me. A gift of $100M to a terrorist group! Alqeada: This is by all measures imagineable a Sunni terrorist group in the mod of Boko Haram. Ever heard of Abdul Muttalab, the Nigerian who wanted to blow up a US passenger plane years ago? His father was a former chairman of one of the biggest banks in Nigeria! These are some of the people shouting Ekpa is a terrorist! Just read through nairaland, you will see threads glorifying Hamas, Hezbollah, Talliban & Alqeada. By the way, wetin I sabi sef? DaddyJapan: |
Regardless of how life treats him, sweetheart, that's his problem to deal with not ours! Whether they charge him, with whatever, he's lucky he's in a fair Court country, where no one waits for a drunk or a drug sniffer to direct policy straight from a binge or hangover! He's one lucky b@stard who I feel he's damn so lucky.... taking responsibility for the killings. Even faceless Alqeada don't claim responsibility of attacks like this Ekpa... Me thinks he's a usurper....those killings of security agents, he might not even know those doing it, or even remotely connected to t. But just to feel like a capo.... Wait fess.... Prime Minister wey no get deputy, that one na prime Minister? But I love the way Ronu affiliated clowns are in severe pains thinking Igbos will defend Ekpa!!! Hahahaha..... Make Asiwaju do he boy wetin he like! Na dem dem. Ndi autopilot! plaetton: |
Regardless of whatever anyone thinks, extradition or deportation of Ekpa is not going to happen, not because he's liked or not, supported or not, doing the right thing or not but for the fact that EUcharter on Fundamental human rights clearly FORBADE deportation or extradition of citizens or even residents to countries with death penalty a d history of gross human rights abuses. Nigeria is one of such countries! But anyone could wish a camel walk through the eyes of a Needle, na their wish, na their problem, not mine! PDJT: |
How else do we know a herd of idiots!!! They simply react to each other foolishness! Thanks dear, but I never expected you to inform us! casualobserver: |
That moment when correct mumu dey find reaction. Kunle sorry I under estimate your foolishness! Kpele no be me keep your destiny for forest.... Mumu So na reactions you dey find like your destiny? Why not talk on time do we know how to respond to your foolishness. casualobserver: |
With fess! So Yoruba people dey prison for South Africa? That Moment you hate someone till you 🌟 hating on your self and tribesmen. What will those miscreants on nairaland and X asking SA to Chase Nigerians away from SA do now that Ola is in prison? Why is he crying out? His brothers in South West already sold him off. He should do the term Biko! |
Hahahaha... That foolishness to feel you can speak for everyone on nairaland! Kunle na so your mumu don reach? Just tell us you don't know how to read, we will understand. After all, your president finished secondary school before them build the school! Jokes apart Kunle, I'm not responsible for your foolishness and misery. Face Bourdilion and Aso Rock Biko! casualobserver: |
Strange coincidence? The ronus miscreants happy with Ekpa's wont show same energy in condemning this act! Useless people |
I think you have oil on your head. The Finnish authorities knows exactly what they can pin on him,....something they can present evidence, not what a section of Nigerians thinks or what the Nigerian govt wants, and this might be distributing messages in support of a group murdering people. With this, it can fly. The moment you mention terrorism, you the accusser is duty bound to mention the Terrorist group, and as the name they are trying to foist menbership on him is not recognized as such in EU member states, at least in UK...you just disgrace your self.. He will simply wriggle himself out! That is why till date NIgrian Deep Stae have not found an appropriate Law to fairly convict MNK even though they have him in custody since when sef? Now let me shock you a bit...Ekpa, if truly he is the one sending those committing havoc in South East, the Finnish short engine can argue that, he and his group targets combatants (Nigeria army) after exploring non violent means of registering ther griviances. With same Social media they use in getting evidence to nail him, he will also crop evidence from social media to prove his case. Had it been i know on time, I supposed read Law biko, because i go sabi defend my clients. nd na people like ASiwaju i for dey defend. You mn see how he make sure say Osibanjo become Vice president? ![]() plaetton: |
Thank you my friend. Absolutely.... While i agree with you in part, i beg to disagree that Ade & Ekpa ordeal bear similarity. hers's why: Adeyinka Grandson was simply a case of genocide. He was actually against the "igbo tribe" as a whole, and calls for a geneocide agsindt the Igbos & forceful removal of the Igbos from the South West. One of the EU Charter on Human Rights holds Adeyinka accountable. While Ekpa, was simply a case of secession and support (allegedly) for a splitter group accused of murdering security agents in Igbo land. I took a great look at what the Finnish authorities holds against him, honestly he will escape with a slap on the wrist. As for a possible deportation or extradition, me thinks Nigeria doesnt have the diplomatic muscle to force that on a Country taking on the Russaians head on! Coupled with Nigerian Deep State mishandling the MNK case, this is never going to happen! Not that i support the Finnish short engine, but the law is what exactly what it is! No way around it! This is what i feel, in case Ekpa is not working for Nigeria Deep, he will be sanctioned, forced to make a declaration not to toe this violent path again, and henceforth watched. We are talking of Europeans here, not a strong man (s) runned country. DaddyJapan: |
Oye ara Ogbomosho... Just nego du ezi ofa!if Kunle have problem with Ekpa being a Finnish Poltiican, and have no problem accepting Ekpa appoints himself a PM...no be mad Kunle don dey mad so? Tell me which rime minister wey no be politcian ![]() See why i think you guys have low IQs? ![]() EeyanMayweather: |
