I believe we should all applaud this brilliant move from the senators in which I know is long overdue, if one of your family members ever become a victims of this kidnappers you people will know the importance of this law, they stave some of their victims to death,sometimes to pic their targets they will kill many people including security details,demanding for huge some of money,putting the entire family &loved one in trouble during that period, some after collecting the ransom will still kill the kidnapped person and on &on,pls let's look at it in this perspective not the other way round, I know little by little we shall get there.god bless Nigeria.

hearing this from DSP ekwerenmadu is never a surprise to me,this are the people that finished indigbo politically, imaging ekwerenmadu was part of the people that removed indigbo in Nigeria polical system for Igbo is one of the strong political region in this country,they fed them with lies due to there political ambitions,ekwerenmadu emerged as DSP reaching Enugu airport addressing Igbo people said he won that position for Igbo people,being a politician in that position you don't need to claim or use any language in favour of any region despite Nigerian know the tribe you represent,so this current outbost from him is not new,bt my advice to indigbo is ekwerenmadu remain in the Senate for how long now? don't they hv another person that collyfied for that position in his senatorial zone? is he claiming to be the leader of Igbo race? how long will he be using this unguided words to distract the well meaning Igbo people?in this government his the DSP this type of words can cause a lot of civil unrest why can't he resigne his position &settle for Biafra or allign his people with a relevant systems in Nigeria politics.

love ur post bro.....seriously the problems started during GEJ regime few months to Osun state election and people were blinded by it to see what lies ahead. Then GEJ withheld the state allocation for three good months so that Omisore will have an advantage but their plans was disrupted by the Adeleke family (Davido family) who gave the state govt 10billion naira and also borrow them 10billion naira and if u notice that was Isiaka Adeleke was given free ticket to the senate. There is IPP project in Ede dam and I guess one other place but I'm not so sure.
If u know Osun very well u will know that u will hardly see an indigene that is not a farmer from Ikoyi to Gbongan to Ede and other places. Most of them have what they do but they still farm. About mining there is little the govt can do as we all know that it has to do with the FG but what I was expecting him to do is to use his closeness to the presidency as an advantage in making this happen but he is not. As I said u need road network to woo investors but that doesn't stop his close aides in getting back to u.
Bros take a bold step, write to the Governor himself and go to Abere or better still invite the investor here and do that together. Layland is in Ibadan and even Lagos State Government do buy from them (LAG Buses). I also pray for the oil to dry up and lets see what states like Bayelsa that has few LGA and not more than 15,000 workers say then.
