Im sorry it may reoccur. You can take it to service experts to reflow the board for you.
It was caused by the detachment of the graphics card from the board by heating. The flux melted on overheating and thus, caused the vga problem.
You will have to reflow the board but hey, it may be daunting if done by unqualified personnel!!
