plainmirror: Bro please ωђat do Ʊ mean by 'formative years'
Some say its the first 5 years of life, other's say it's the years till 18.

I'd say it's when the Brain is still developing, if kids are taught to read early and mentally stimulated early in life, they'd be smart.

Wizee: Zubby are you a graduate now? Bcoz frm the start, you said u didn't attend higher institution.
You realy knw how to study people very well. Had it been you didn't study stella, she would have taking you for granted. I learnt sumtin there!! NICE ONE BOSS
Like I said earlier, Uni is 4 years of waste 80% of the time, it is an institution to narrow your skills and thinking process so you can fit in as an employee in someone's business.
Only very few people make the best of it.

The best education is during the formative years.

Nigerian Pastors Thrive by Keeping Members in a State of Fear and Dependence.
So they keep returning to them.

They'd tell you your entire family and friends are bewitching you, so you leave people who would talk sense to you and pay everything you've worked hard for to them as "Protection Money"

There's hardly a Pastor that would encourage you to search the Bible, Pray and Grow in the Word.

I think this is another of the fear tactics

Car Talk › Re: Peugeot: Cars With Attitude! by bigx(m):
The car isnt Bad,
It was actually my favorite car for so many yeras,
Electrical Issues come up when quacks handle it or you are not careful with the electronics and do Bypasses and all,
The Gear issues, Get a manual, transmission, my gear never gave me 1 issue in over 3 years.
Peugeot gear issues are always with automatic.

Spare parts, they arent that expensive to say the truth, there is a slight mark-up definitely but not as Bad as the stories we hear.

Maintenance Cost? Well treated you only service the car once a while and follow the recommended maintenance schedule so that's the same as other cars.
roosebolton: Hi guys.. I have always been a fan of Peugeot cars since the good old days of the 504.. now am about to get my first car and being a lover of hatchbacks the 307 is one of the cars am currently considering. However most people I spoke with said the car has lots of electrical and gear issues, also people have complained about the high cost of maintenance and spare parts, can anyone who has used the Peugeot 307 share with me their experience with the car with particular regards to..

Common issues,
Cost of Maintenance,
Cost of spare part.

simply put, is the Peugeot 307 a good car to own in Nigeria?

I use my tablet always, almost 3 years now, faster, more bible versions, can make voice recordings, Nothing wrong there,
We move with the times else we would be taking scrolls or stone tablets (10 commandments type) to church till now

warrior01: Zubby, I advice you refrain from introducing tribalism into this wonderful thread. You seem to be a good guy but to be frank with you, my first impression of you on Nairaland from your previous posts concerning people of Anambra origin was nothing to write home about. Pls I beg of you; Don't Ruin This Thread With Your Unfounded Assertions/fears
There's no tribalism, He's describing what he's observed, that's what makes a good story and makes you relate. maybe he should have said most Anambra Girls, cos I've dated an Anambra Girl and met the same ATM mentality.

infogenius: @poster nice one!
Let me add

Eating on the road (corn, biscuit and groundnut etc)especially in public places is degrading.Only slaves act that way.
Come to the UK, they eat on the road on the way to and from work.
Isnt it where "manners" where invented?
The same way we are taking their religion more serious than them is the same way this sounds
