Pressure washing with mold bleach will take care of that floor and leave it sparkling like new. But they will have to use circular rotary brush head.
It’s very easy to do.
I don’t why people are not offering this service much, considering that a lot of people have concrete floor that need cleaning.

I applied F2 visa for my wife, and she was refused a visa based on how long the marriage has been. We got married on the 28th of Aug, 2024, and she applied and had her interview yesterday. The VO told her that the marriage is still young and maybe could apply after 6 months. We plan to apply again in December, but we'll be going together this time because I plan to renew my visa.

Who has experience with the VO F2 visa application and can advise on what to do? Do you think it's right for us to go together this December for the interview? Will it affect my renewal process since I am still a student here in the US?

It's people here that have said such, mentioning things like that based on our own perspective what is a reasonable age for education

Some of your consular officers have no more that high school education

They do not ask but it influences their judgement of your profile.

You can't be 30 and going for a Bsc

Or 30 and your parents are sponsoring all your deficit with no input from you.

So yes, Age affects your application at the consulate.

I went to inspect a project yesterday whose plumbing was just finished. I noticed the water pressure from the water outlets indoor is low.

What i mean is that I expect the water from the kitchen faucet, wash hand basins and the shower mixer to gush. But the water is rather just coming out with no pressure at all.

The compound tap outside gushes with pressure tho.

What could be the problem? Could it be the product used?

Guys please I need urgent help. I just completed my floor tiles and wall tiles for the kitchen and toilets. The total tiles I bought is about 298 square meters. I paid my engineer 1800 per square meters. I had a space I carved out in the four toilets for keeping soaps, he said that tiling those spaces are separate charge and each costs 10k, making it 40k, he said that the skirting of the tiles is also a separate work, he said each meter is 400 naira and he calculated it 156meters for the skirting.

Please I stand to be corrected and if the bill is in order, I will pay it, but I argue that I was meant to be charged expressly as per the amount of tiles placed which was meant to simply be 1800 multiplied by 298.

Hi Vickypa. You can use your father as your sponsor but you do not have to build the account . If you want to deposit the deficit in pieces go ahead and do that and if you want to deposit it in bulk you should also go ahead. But the most important point is that the statement of account must be absolutely genuine because the US consular will verify if need be.
US embassy does not use financial verification method related to UK and Australia embassies so all the US embassy needs is that the money is real and the account is genuine .
However, if you are a married applicant with kids you have to be very careful and have a genuine reasons why your father is funding you . GOOD LUCK .

Good day guys, I hold a Bsc in Physics, looking to further in Elect Engineering or Nuclear Eng. for a Master's program, researched a ton of schools already, even reached out to their graduate coordinators and got replies on inquiries, but havent started/completed any application as I'm looking for schools that wouldnt require letter of recommendations. Reached out to former lecturers, mails, no reply for a request. Question here is, I'd appreciate an estimate on how much it would cost to go through on an application. GRE, have no idea on that and average application fee for international students is like $70-90. If possible, not to be forward, with all the VISA payments and SEVIS fees I read on here, like estimate estimate. Will appreciate a response on this, thanks.

1. Hard to find a school that doesn't require recommendation letter. Someone mentioned UCONN once (University of Conneticut*) check them out.

2. GRE costs about $220

3. For application fee, try and look for application fee waiver, attend schools information sessions and get app fee waiver.

4. Not sure about the visa and other fees.
