But at this point, it appears you are being deliberately unaware/mischievous.

1. The theft happened in your supposedly secure estate.

2. You gave assurance on the security of your facility.

3. It didn't happen once or twice but 3 times and you were informed each of those times.

These 3 points alone means you should be taking all responsibility for what happened at that site. Even if the fabricator stole those things as you tried insinuating, your inability to safeguard your site and ensure he didn't steal them means you must be the one to pay.

You want an artisan to go an help you report theft that happened in your estate? A secure estate where he is just a worker? Wetin exactly he wan tell police?

Do they handle the plumbing jobs or after the plumbing has been done by a different artisan........ Or do they get to handle all the plumbing jobs at once?

Most seasoned Interior designers can take over from any stage you want them to.

The difference is that they will inflate the prices since they are outsourcing all the jobs and want to make profit from all, so you will pay more depending on what you want them to handle.

For cost effectiveness, do as much as you can yourself, let them come and add finishing touches.

List out the sizes/dimensions of your window let me help you ask for quote from same person that did for me.

The dimensions should be in mm like 900mm*1200mm, 1200mm*1500mm, etc

They do charge separately for plastering, window dressing and window designs ( art work) . But some people can do all of those. #780k is excessive. If the windows are not dressed yet, 5k each for dressing of the 20 windows, that is 100k. Then, the art work should be like 10k each x 20 = 200k
Everything should be about 300k at most.
But you will be the one to buy cement and sand.

No it's not that different from pop because the end goal is the same ceiling outlook.

Although polystyrene is more durable than pop because the polystyrene has water resistance properties.

I got a quote 220k from someone for borehole, this 220k is just for drilling piping the borehole to the storex tank, buying pumping machine.

Please I need insight on this because I feel it's expensive.

We just finished the foundation and about to do the German flooring but we have water issue so decided to dig the borehole now.
