You don't seem to have a clue of what you are saying by saying damage was done by airstrikes and not missiles. I thought you were making a mistake initially but it's obvious you don't know what you are saying. Airstrikes are attacks by planes and missiles/bombs are fired at targets during airstrikes. Secondly, it's not possible to destroy the entire air defense system of a country as big as Iran that operates an integrated air defense system, in 4 hours. Their air defense system consists of short, mid and long range AD. When you fire targets, air defense operators can decide to fire or not fire so as to hide the location of the AD. If those planes were operating in Iranian airspace, they would have been shot down. The difference between Israel and Iran is that Israel needs to fly airplanes from Israel to Iraq, Syria or Jordan, to attack Iran with missiles. Iran on the other side does not need to fly close to Israel to attack. They just fire missiles from Iran to Israel.
