Akpabio and Apc are beneficiaries to that - the Apc candidate of the last Election in Akpabio's state Mr. Nsima Ekere used nddc funds for his elections and still failed woefully.
This shows that Akpabio is basically implicating himself.

What I know is that when you are to be detained in the police cell, it is not optional. So how comes he was allowed to sleep in the mosque? Has his prayers for bail been answered? If not, the police must be very stupid for allowing him to sleep anywhere outside cell.
