SHEIKH GUNMI AND GENERAL BUHARI, THE BITTER TRUTH
Abdulrazaq O Hamzat (Mr.rights)
http://mrrightsng..com/2014/10/sheikh-gunmi-and-general-buhari-bitter.html

Last week, I expressed my view about the candidature of president Goodluck Jonathan and General Muhammed Buhari and my position was simple, both men do not have what it takes to lead Nigeria come 2015. Let the two divisive candidates step aside for other better unifying candidates for the good of this nation I submitted.

Few days after I made this position, A Kaduna based islamic scholar, Sheikh Gunmi also advised president Goodluck Jonathan and General Muhammed Buhari not to contest the presidential election in 2015. He advised both People Democratic Party (PDP) and All Progressive Congress (APC) not to field both men, urging both parties to consider other acceptable candidates for the good of Nigeria.

Having been criticised for this sound advice, especially by the supporters of General Muhammed Buhari, Sheikh Gunmi went further to write an open letter to the retired general, explaining why he should never contest the 2015 election.

However, since his open letter was published on his facebook account, Buhari’s supporters have taken to the social media and other place to continue to castigate the popular Islamic scholar, calling him all sort of unprintable names for telling Buhari the bitter truth.
To understand the whole message, let me make summary of Sheihk Gunmi’s message to General Muhammed Buhari.

The truthful Islamic Scholars advised general Buhari not to contest the 2015 presidential election, just as i have equally done repeatedly in the last few weeks even before the Sheikh gave his advice.
He advised Buhari to avoid being used to ignite the nation-a dream well orchestrated several years ago. Here, he was referring to how Buhari was used to disrupt the second republic, where they topple a democratically elected government in the name of fighting corruption, noting that, those who used Buhari to topple the democratic government also toppled him few years later. This is a fact.

The respected Islamic Sheikh put it this way, ‘’ A believer is not stung from the same hole twice. Men used your innocence before to get power and dump you. Please be sensible today. Some other men still want to use you to get power and surely they will dump you again. You don't share the same philosophy at all. Even though as I explained later, your obsession and philosophy of fighting corruption is not the priority of Nigeria today. What Nigeria needs utmost now is peace and stability. This can only be achieved when the religious ethnic and regional divide is tamed. And you can only tame it with people without much precedence. People without much following. Yet people that are constructive and have the ability to control men’’.

The Sheikh also stated that, although Buhari as a person is innocent and credible, but he lacks the power to control his allies and supporters. This according to him may cause greater violence and insecurity bigger than that of Boko Haram in 2015 if Buhari is not eventually declared winner.
He advised Buhari to beware of his allies who are nudging him to go into the race for their selfish interest, noting that, even if Buhari personally mean well for the nation, those allies of his doesn’t, and he his too weak to control them.

Talking about Corruption which Buhari and his allies are using to push his candidature forward as an anti-corruption agent, Gunmi said, Corruption is no doubt an evil, but there is a more monstrous evil than corruption. That is turmoil and insecurity. He noted that, although Nigeria need to fight corruption, but what Nigeria need most at this time of ethnic and religious divide is not an anti-corruption fellow, but an acceptable unifying personality who can unite the people irrespective of their tribe or religion. Peace and stability are the most important part of governance that no price is too high for them. Gunmi said.
Gunmi then suggested that, Buhari should give way to younger people, citing the late revered Sarduana, who at 60years resolve not to contest any election, but instead prepare and push younger people forward. Example of such a fine stand his how Sarduana pushed Tafawa Balewa forward to contest for Nigeria’s head in 1960. Instead of doing it himself as the leader, Sarduana went back, giving a younger and more acceptable person a chance. He advised Buhari to imitate such a trait, stepping back and giving a more younger person his support. He listed Rotimi Amaechi, Musa Kwankwaso,Rochas Okorocha, Aminu Tambuwal among others that may be supported to lead the nation come 2015. He also listed Godswill Akpabio,Shekarau, Mauzu and others.
In Sheikh Gunmi’s word,’’ If Sardauna today is alive in your situation he will never contest for the presidential seat because of his deep understanding of what the nation needs. He will step down for a more acceptable younger person. It's on record that Sardauna even at the age of under 60 said he was not going to contest again preparing his only house in Rabah for retirement.

Gunmi added that, ‘’I'll give you a similitude to buttress my point of priority. A person seriously injured and fractured from a road traffic accident when brought to the emergency room, the first priority of the doctors is to secure an intravenous line. Meaning get a drip set working into his veins to protect his vital organs like the heart and kidneys from the effects of shock and loss of blood. The fractures even though serious and the source of the blood loss may take days and weeks before they are even attended to beside the superficial dressings.’’

‘’Nigeria now needs peace and stability first. Then we talk of good governance later even though it's the source of the predicament we are facing’’.

Ádvicing further, Gunmi said, ‘’The present government has already charged the situation and played the religious divide to it's advantage. It's in circulation now, a SW pastor calling on Christians and the church to vote Jonathan as their only Savior. This religious card will be used to cover for his deficiency in governance.

Your Excellency, you should understand too, that many if not most of your supporters are also looking up to you to protect them from the onslaught on their religion and region. This also the Christian will never believe the otherwise. Therefore the stage is set for religious confrontation which is the least the nation needs.

What we need as a priority is peace and stability. Gunmi said.
In summary, Sheikh Gunmi proposed that, let the older people step back for the younger people to lead. Let the perceived ethnic/religious personalities which is today represented by Buhari and Goodluck reverse for more nationally acceptable candidates to avoid dividing the nation along ethnic/religious line as well as avert a situation where Christians shall be voting for Christians and Muslims for Muslims as it is being canvassed at present.

On this note, let me state here that, the abuse, insult and condemnation of Sheikh Gunmi is highly condemnable and regrettable. It is not justified by any standard and can never be justified from whatever perspective we looked at it. I therefore urge all those involve to desist from this self destructive venture if they truly fear God. However, If you consider any part of Gunmi’s letter to general Buhari as a misrepresentation of facts, you can simply write to argue that part constructively by presenting your view or counter argument, but it is out of place to curse or insult the respected islamic scholar. This is not acceptable,as it only goes to prove the respected sheikh right when he described some Buhari’s supporters as riffraffs.

I have also read some messages on social media which described Sheikh Gunmi as evil and someone being used by the enemy. This is because of this worthy letter, but I am sure those people calling Gunmi names would applaud him if the letter was written to Buhari’s political opponent. Some even accused him of jelousy and hating on Buhari, but such senseless condemnation is very unfortunate as it defy every reason and sensible thought. Why will Gunmi hate or be jelous of Buhari? If so, Why hasn’t he writen such a letter before if he has anything personally against Buhari? There was no any rift between the two and in the 3 previous occasion that Buhari contested, Gunmi never raised any objection.

So, why will he now if not for truth and the good of the nation?

As at the time I first saw negative remarks about Gunmi, I haven’t read the open letter, so I couldn’t really undrstand how to effectively contribute to the discuss. So, I heard to search for the letter to read what made young Muslims and others dessend on an islamic scholar to an extent of calling him evil or someone being used by the enemy.

However, after reading the message of truth as contained in Gunmi’s letter, I feel disappointed in the condemnation the innocent Sheikh had received as a result of his sincere truth to General Buhari.
Even if Sheikh Gunmi was wrong to warn Buhari to beware of his allies who are nudging him into the race, every word Gunmi wrote in his letter is justified with the response he has received from the Buhari follower ship. Gunmi was right after all. If not, how on earth will any sane person describe Sheikh Gunmi as an evil man because he spoke the truth to safegaurd the peace of this nation? How will any reasonable person accuse Gunmi of being used by the enemy as a result of such a fine letter that should be sincerely digested and commended by all well meaning people? I am so disappointed in all those who had negatively condemned Sheikh Gunmi, making it seems as if he had done something wrong by warning of an imminent danger, when all he does is to speak truth for the good and peace of this nation.

How can people be so misguided that you are blind to the truth spoken by this sheikh despite knowing all he said is true?

What exactly has the skeihk lied about? Is it false that Buhari can’t control his cult like followership which is basically in the north? Is it false that many Christians in the south perceived Buhari as someone representing an islamic interest? Some misquoted comments of Buhari had been used many times to justify such opinion. Is it false that Pastors are asking Christians to vote for Goodluck on the basis of his faith? Is Nigeria not being divided by these two persons along religious line? Let us be guided.

Additionally, Many of the youths on social media condemning Gunmi were not yet born when Buhari led this country and those that were little then were told that they are leaders of tomorrow. This is the tomorrow, yet Buhari who led before many were born is still the figure seeking to leader after 70years of age. Is it wrong for Gunmi to advice the retired general to observe best practice as observed by previous leaders who led by example like Sardauna?.

Yes, Mandela ruled in South Africa when he was above 70, but he lived more as a colonized and freedom fighter before then. He didn’t rule at 40, then come back after 70 to rule again. Liberia was in war for many years, Johnson Salef didn’t rule Liberia at 40, then came back after 70 to rule again. So is Abraham Lincoln and other leaders who rule at 70 or more. Their rule was symbolic, rather than a quest for rulership at all cost. They were not rejected 3 times and insisted to rule afterward. They didn’t promise to stop contesting and later renege on their promise. Let us be guided by reason and face reality rather than be blinded by our unreasonable loyalty and misguidance of saying only one man ‘s rule can make Nigeria better. There are countless people better than Buhari in this country that can lead Nigeria to tranquility.

Let me conclude by quoting Skeikh Gunmi’s conclussion in his letter to General Buhari, My Brother in Islam, please listen to the words of wisdom. And don't follow the whims of the riff raff. Before they used you the first time to disrupt the second republic, my father advised you against it. Today I am also advising you against contesting in the 2015 presidential elections because you will be used to ignite the nation -a dream well orchestrated several years ago- and also be used by bad people as a ladder to grab regional and local powers.

WHY THE CEASE FIRE NOW?
Perhaps, the presumed talks with Boko Haram and the publicised truce on Friday were a hoax after all. Were it not so, the abducted Chibok schoolgirls would have been freed on Friday or, latest, Saturday morning. Up until the time of this writing, however, there has been no news of the release of even one defiled girl. Aniebo Nwamu wrote, Rather, 45 more were abducted today. Little wonder most Nigerians were sceptical. The mark of mischief was made visible by the coincidence of the supposed ceasefire with the “grand finale” rally of the SOT (slaves of transformation) in Abuja. Aniebo Nwamu wrote.
Let us assume the ceasefire was genuine, a leadership newspaper columnist wrote, What should Nigerians expect from the ceasefire agreement with Bokoharam? What would Nigerians benefit from the ceasefire? Does it mean the federal troops can now stroll into territories being controlled by the insurgents without being repelled by a volley of machine gunfire? Will occupied areas be vacated by the insurgents or are they using the period as a decoy to restock food, arms and ammunition? Was the ceasefire as a result of a deathblow to the insurgents from the federal troops? Did the insurgents beg for the ceasefire, as advocated by Senate President David Mark, or has the federal government gone soft on the insurgents once again? Will the insurgents now account for the ‘missing’ NAF aircraft whose pilots they allegedly beheaded in a recent video? Was it for the love of the Chibok girls that the federal government brokered a ceasefire or the insurgents’ fear of the West African joint forces, scheduled to battle them from November 1? Is the ceasefire solely for political expediency? Why the ceasefire now?
What is the value of the pact when reports indicate that it was violated less than 24 hours after pronouncement? We must not forget too fast. The euphoria occasioned by news that the girls would soon be released should not be allowed to becloud our sense of judgement on the idiosyncrasies of criminal elements, or to think that the Boko Haram has lost its deadly venom. However, we must welcome the prospect for peace, no matter how belated. Besides, Nigerians must be vigilant to ensure that the two parties in the bargain mean well for the girls in particular and our country. This must not be a false hope raiser by the government and state agents with the aim of reaping political gains come 2015.
The Boko Haram should not be allowed to capitalise on this window of opportunity to amass supplies in arms and food for future attacks. This is why the attacks on some villages some hours after the ceasefire was announced must not be taken with levity. If that happens, it would show that we are still dealing with a dangerous viper who, sensing that a coalition of sub regional forces would soon congregate to rout it, has decided to red herring the federal government and the military to enable it regroup, re-arm and restock for the battle ahead. This is why we must be cautious.

WHY SHOULD BLACKS DO WHITE WEDDING?
http://mrrightsng..com/2014/10/why-should-blacks-do-white-wedding.html

Marriage is an issue of morality not legality. If you are tied by legality, your marriage can only be maintained by legality and if you are tied with morality, that’s what can sustain your marriage.

The foundation of a union determines the conduct in it. To my understanding, Legal marriage makes couple act like legal competitors, they are never free to express themselves to bridge their different backgrounds. While they profess love and smile, deep inside them, they focus more on their legal grounds. At every slight misunderstanding which are inevitable in any marriage, their mind goes straight to their legal position. The husband don’t want to correct his wife on what displeases him in her conduct because he doesn’t know her next reaction, while the wife on the other hand is always being careful to have legal advantage in case they have to resort to where they started (court). Here, they are already preparing their separation even on their wedding day.
How can there not be separation in such a marriage when they are thinking and working more on their separation rather than making their union work?
In fact, a court marriage cant be described as a marriage, it should rather be described as an alliance between two people that didn’t trust each other.
Court marriage can only be maintained by a court. Church marriage also by a church, but only a traditional marriage entered with love and willingness to make sacrifices can be maintained by love.
Some where on the internet, I saw a lady give her view on the importance of what she described as formal marriage. To her, a traditional marriage is not a formal marriage that is worth holding unto.
In a publication she titled ‘’the growing trend of men shying away from court or white wedding’’, she explained that, men assume ownership of a bride once the pride price has been paid.

According to her, ‘’most girls are too willing to allow men ignore white or court wedding, warning that ladies should be careful with the practice. Court or at least a church weeding is more solid. She wrote.
She further argues that, with just traditional wedding, the man can wake up one morning and throw you out of the house, bring in another woman and there is little or nothing you can do. But when documents are signed, you get the opportunity to fight for rights to property, fair treatment, etc if you can get a good lawyer she wrote, noting that with a certificate, your marriage is recognized anywhere in the world.
First, let me state that, there exists traditional institutions across Africa with legal backing (Customary), that issue certificates of marriage and all others. We must note that, documents are formalities in marriage.
In my opinion, the view expressed in the above references is not just a thought from one lady, there are many other women whom I believe hold such view that women must do white wedding or court wedding.
But the question is, why should blacks do white wedding in the first place?
Are whites also doing black wedding?
There are many disadvantages of court wedding especially, but we tends to see only the advantages, forgetting the facts that even its advantages are disadvantage to marriage growth.
Ofcourse, if one wishes, we may decide to do white wedding, green wedding, red wedding and all the types of wedding we desire, but advocating for such wedding and describing others who refuse to toll that line as some what unworthy or less solid is not only wrong, such reasoning is a product of thought misdirection.
The thought of the lady expressed in her publication portrays a bride as a product of purchase, but that is not the symbol of a bride price in African tradition.
In African tradition, men don’t assume ownership of a bride as she portrayed, they rather assume the role of a father and caring partner, just as the bride assume the role of a mother and loving partner.
Africans culturally believe that, men are more endowed to care and guide, while women are endowed more to love and organize. Men can’t lead the family without the love and organizational skills of a women. Family relationship can’t grow without love and guidance, and both male and female are endowed to take care of both aspect in marriage Africans believe. If women submit to the care and guiding principle of men, and men to the organization and loving control of women, respect crepes in, as the man would respect the woman for her loving control, while she also respect the man for his care and guidance.
It is important to note here that, either the man or woman can always walk out of any marriage if he or she is not comfortable, none is inferior in the relationship, they only have different functions. If woman is a commodity of ownership by man as portrayed in the references publication, how then can she walk away while the owner is watching?
In a nutshell, bride price is a symbol of marriage in Africa, more like the legal biding certificate signed in public court. Bride price is the certificate of marriage, an indication of willing choice by a man and willing acceptance of the man’s request by the woman. It is also an indication that a man must take responsibility of the home, it is his primary duty to provide for the home.
Furthermore, we must also note that, bride price is recognized by law, any marriage with bride price is qualified to be heard legally to claim damage or what have you in a legal court. Customary court is there to confirm customary approaches in legal circle.
Due to lack of adequate information, many youths of this generation do not know the meaning of various African cultures and this promote wrong interpretation of cultural concepts. We must learn to know our culture and it essence before we run into wrong conclusions. Women are not products, but equal partners with different responsibilities

An activist friend of mine, IG wala has declared his intention to contest the 2015 election under the platform of the PDP in his state, Gombe. And ever since his declaration, some people have littered the social media space with all sort of uninformed posting, condemnation, questioning his decision to join a party that has destroyed Nigeria since 1999 as if the PDP is the name of somebody.
To the best of my knowledge, Nobody is called PDP, we only have PDP members. A PDP member today can also become an APC member tomorrow and vice ver sa. But whatever individuals do while in a party, others who are members of the party cannot be held responsible for other peoples action, neither can their bad actions prevent other from joining the same party to advance the cause of good governance. In this instance, PDP is a national platform for all those who aspire to govern, some use it for good, while other use it for bad.

In view of this, I wish to educate those who speak out of low enlightment to correct certain misconceptions. And for those who are delibrately being mischivous, you are on your own.
Let me give 10 reasons why APC is not better than PDP, so that we must all resolve to support the good people in every political parties for the good of the people.
ONE: Who is perceived to be enslaving Kwara before and is still enslaving Kwara today? Saraki.
From which party was he perceived to be enslaving kwarans before? PDP. And from which party is he perceived to be enslaving Kwara today? APC.
Because the man who is perceived to be enslaving the people in PDP left the party for APC, many opposition members in kwara APC quickly decamped to PDP leaving Saraki in APC. As it stands in Kwara politics, Kwara perceived oppressor is in APC today not PDP.
Now, Is APC better than PDP?

TWO: Who was perceived to have allowed the dreaded Yankalare group that killed many and destroyed many homes to prosper in Gombe State? Goje.
From which party did he allow Yankalare group to prosper while serving as Governor? PDP.
And which party is he today? APC.
The many activists in Gombe state that have been against Goje’s perceived role in the activities of the group and trying to bring him to justice would never join APC in Gombe state. That party represents the oppressors party in that state. No sensible activist would go under APC to aspire for office in Gombe, IG Wala is one of the leading activists in Gombe state, hence his decision to join PDP.
Is APC better than PDP?
THREE: Who introduced political Shariah in Zamfara state to trial poor people but failed to subject himself to the trial of the same Shariah as regards to economic and financial misappropriation? Yarima. From which Party did he introduce the political Shariah? ANPP.
And which party his he today? APC.

FOUR: Who is currently destroying Nigeria by allowing Bokoharam to kill innocent people without taking adequate actions and supplying military with needed equipments? Who inflicted pain on Nigerians by removing subsidy without proper implementation? Who is dividing the nation and promoting religious and sectional hatred? Under whose care did unemployment increase to 54%? Who is promoting corruption by pardoning convicted corrupt officials? The answer is Goodluck Jonathan. Which Party is he? PDP.
Is PDP better than APC?

FIVE: Who was described as the most corrupt governor in Africa? Tinubu of Lagos. Which party is he? APC.
SIX: Which Governor built more schools in Nigeria? Amaechi of Rivers state. Which party is he? APC.

SEVEN: Which governor built more infrastructures in Nigeria? Akpabio. Which party is he? PDP.

EIGHT: Who transformed Kano into a world class city and created several empowerment scheme? Kwankwaso. Which party is he? APC.

NINE: Which governor is the most people oriented governor that offer free education from primary, secondary and university level- Okorocha of Imo- which party is he? APC.
TEN: Which Governor restore peace to Gombe state by de-militarising and empowering the Yankalare boys? Dakwambo. Which party is he? PDP.
We can continue to list them…..
From the above, we can see that both PDP and APC have bad and good people among them.
So I ask, which party is better between APC and PDP?

The parties are innocent, only those members engaged in bad conducts are guilty of those negative actions.
If the good people fail to occupy both parties, we shall all feel the heat of their misgovernance.
Let all the good people in Nigeria move into any political party of their choices and make it impossible for the bad people to continue in their bad ways. We must move to support the good people irrespective of their party. We must help them cleanse both parties from bad behavior.
Let me use this opportunity to Congratulate the young hope of Nigeria, the forward ever activist, Barrister Kayode Ajulo for his principled stance and election as the NATIONAL SECRETARY OF THE ULMIGHTY LABOR PARTY OF NIGERIA.

LET THE YOUTHS TAKE OVER THE PLATFORMS FOR THE GOOD OF THE PEOPLE.
I CAN CONFIDENTLY SAY THAT, LABOR PARTY IS NOW IN SAFE HAND OF A VISIONARY YOUTH. YOU TOO CAN JOIN THE TRAIN OF VISION. Mr.Rights

DO YOUNG NIGERIANS REALLY HAVE RELIGION?

I have a female friend who happens to be a Muslim, but in the next few minutes, she could suddenly become a Xtian. According to her, if she eventually marry a xtian, she won’t mind becoming a xtian. In her view, its easy to be xtian, all you need is attend church once a week and dance yourself out, unlike being a Muslim that you need to be praying 5 times daily. Also, I have a xtian lady who said she likes me, but upon telling her jokingly that I would have dated her if she is a Muslim, she suddenly want to become a Muslim.
A Muslim friend (Abdulsomething) at one time suddenly changed his name to (brother something) because he wanted to date a xtian lady. He went to Redeem church with her several times claiming to be converted. Similarly, Another xtian guy who wanted to marry a lady in iIorin had to convert to Islam to achieve his aim.

The question is, Do Nigerians really have religion? If yes, what is the motivation behind our religion? Are we in our present religion because we were born in it or because we truly understand it? Do we really understand our religious teaching or just bearing the name?

BABA AND JONA (A short story)

Baba had been having series of meetings on this day. He had just played host to the Senate President, the Speaker of the Reps, the former governor of Lagos State, the former governor of Ogun State, some traditional rulers and the American Ambassador. He also had long meeting with the Governing Board of the African Leadership Forum. All these have been packed into a single day and Baba was understandably tired. But then, for a man of his status, there are no dull days. Everyday is filled with activities. He called his cook, a young man in his mid-thirties who hailed from Ekiti State, to prepare his favorite pounded yam with egusi soup. He would wash it down with freshly-tapped palmwine which his supplier, Karimu from Ila, had brought earlier in the afternoon. That done, he reclined on the sitting room sofa awaiting his meal. Then one of his granddaughters, who had been on holidays, emerged from Baba's study carrying his phone which was ringing with an ear-piercing shrill. (It was an old Nokia 3310).
"Hallo! Obasanjo speaking!"
"Good evening Baba! This is Goodluck Jonathan"
"Aah Ebele, Ebele...or is it Ewele!"
"Oh Baba, Ebele is the name sir, E-B-E-L-E, there is no W there"
"OK, Ebele, what can I do for u?"
"Yes sir, I'd like to come and visit u"
"Visit me? Shebi David Mark was here today. U haven't got the report?"
"Yes I have and that is what has made my seeing u very imperative!"
"You see Ebele, I have told u that I have maximum respect for the Office of the President of Nigeria. I can come over to Abuja as a sign of respect for that office"
"Thank u baba, tomorrow morning, I'll send a chopper. Where are u sir?"
"Where am I? Hehehe...Ebele, u make me laugh" Hunnhunnnhaarrrr (clears his throat)
"I am in my house. The stool awaits the buttock at home, Ebele"
"Ok sir, do enjoy the rest of your evening please"
"U too, enjoy your evening". Then the phone went dead.

Squadron Leader Priye Horsfall saluted smartly, did an about-turn and marched out of the office of Air Commodore Adamu Jalingo, the Commander of the Presidential Fleet. He had been sent on an emergency assignment to Abeokuta to fetch the former President. In his 16 years in the Airforce, he had never enjoyed flying anyone in his helicopter more than the former president whom everyone calls Baba. He was jovial. He cracked lots of jokes and u may not see any dull moments with him. But in equal measure, he could erupt like a volcanoe is serious anger within a moment of cracking a joke. Well, today he hoped he would have plenty to smile, chuckle and laugh about. He climbed the Chopper, warmed the engine and the rotors slowly came to life. Moments later, he took off. After about one and a half hours, he landed smoothly on the helipad at the Obasanjo Hilltop mansion in Abeokuta. The word 'hilltop' brought a smile to Priye's mouth. What is it with our leaders and hilltop mansions? IBB Hilltop Mansion is in Minna. Abdulsalami has his too at Minna. Why go to hilltop, why not at the valley with the people? He pressed a switch and the door opened. He ducked his head below the still-rotating rotors and ran to meet baba who was already standing with an aide waiting for him. Squadron Leader Priye straightened up and saluted. Then he turned and Baba silently followed him. Oh no, thought Priye, this might not be a funny flight afterall. Baba looked too serious - tense even - for his liking.
At the door of the helicopter Baba stopped, then he looked at the helicopter....!
