binaflexia, we can try our best to deal with your visual problems. Most eye problems are dealt with by opticians. Medical eye problems are dealt with by ophthalmologists. Happy to deal with medical eye problems
Thank you sir. Now i can start, i hope you will find time to read my story.
About 7yrs back when i was preparing for my waec examination, i discovered that i was finding it difficult to read for a longer hours (say 4 hours). Initially, i thought it was the smoke emitting from the lamp that i was using then, so i stopped using it. Even after that, the problem refuse to stop, instead it worsen. It got to a stage that, after reading for the restricted number of hours during the night, i find it very difficult to see the text in a book the following morning. The problem increase with the number of time i spend in reading, the more i try to read, the lesser i can.

After my waec exam, i left reading for some time and i didn't notice the problem much. 4yrs back while i was preparing for my jamb, the problem resurfaced just as it was then, seeing that it will disturb my preparation for my exam, i went to an optician who recommended a lens for me. I began to use that lens whenever i'm ready to start reading, but i soon discover that the lens only keep me more longer, but doesn't stop the problem. I tried to explain to the optician, but it seems he doesn't believe or understand what i was saying, so i felt he was a quack. So i decided to try the teaching hospital in my town. After i went through some test and all that, i was again recommended to use a 1.50 power distance lens as against the 1.25 i was using before. Yet the problem was still there, although i could stay a little more longer now with the 1.50, but it doesn't allow me achieve my reading target which makes me feel so bad.
I also tried explaining to the other optician but he doesn't believe me, telling me it is not possible and end up not been able to proffer any further solution. I'm tired of this situation, not knowing the next step to take, after spending so much without any substantial results. It's really terrible!. So, i have decided to ask nairaland doctors, PLEASE HELP ME!

Thanks.

stay there, and how many people use the so called flawed product? What have you in Nigeria made? Nothing, but to put down what others have made. Shit dung in your ugly face.
It is obvious that you did not read all the replies posted on this thread. You're in thesame category with those groundless posters. Being black does not make you so stupid. YAM HEAD!

This is why Nigeria will never develop, anything you do, they think it in their mind, criticise it as if they can make anything near what has been made, why did God create me a Nigeria?

Microsoft packs the best brains in the world, in decision making, in everything, but you guys sit behind a computer and talk rubbish while someone's brain is working round the clock innovating stuff. You are all a load of crap, shit and goat dung.
There is not sense in what you're saying. Just insults!
The fact that Microsoft has the best brains in the world does not mean that, they make the best decision in everything. Why do they still have numerous flaws in there programs. Try to be "a bit rational". YAM HEAD!

I read the story very well. It is not new. No matter your advice, he has his personal opinion and knows what to do even before he posted. So forget about your mixed suggestions, every man is different. I'm just interested in the abortion aspect. Just my personal opinion you know!

Sweden embassy those peeps wicked tongue , anyway if you have all the requirement you will definitely get your permit. No shortcut, anything that smells like fake, boosted, modified etc (bank statement) = REJECT! . I'm very sure about this.
Nethacker, I used my OWN statement and I have a Finnish permit not Swedish, but I live in a city located at the Swedish-Finnish border. I once had admission to study in Malardalen, Vasteras in Sweden, but I changed my mind, for some reasons. wink
Dapsycool! My sponsor is putting the required fund in my personal account all at once. Is this acceptable or must it be cumulative? Thanks.

Please i will like to know the type of documents you sent to the embassy, how did you send it and where you sent it to. Also the type of question you were asked on the interview day. Nethacker, "Network Design and Computer Management" is 60 cr and a 1 year program. From the information i read on the net, i understand that if you plan to stay in Sweden for more than a year, you will be required to provide your medical health insurance, which in my opinion is not easy to secure. Just try and do what you can. God help you!.

@binaflexia, that is a gud news. pls wat is the fate of the reserved candidate?@nethacker , is it possible for me to get the admission, and when nxt is the notification for the second selection be out?
I thank the almighty God for that. For your question, the next notification selection round will be published on the studera homepage. About the possibility of a reserve student getting admission, I think it is possible for you to be selected in the next round of if your result is top on the list among others (I mean good grade in your O'level result). Finally, just hope on and pray to God. Mine was just miracle, only 79 students were given admission and i was among the selected, despite my location. Good luck!

Please everyone should join me and thank God for the success of the first phase, I got admitted into university of Boras to study "BSc in Industrial Engineering - International Business Engineering". I don't actually know how to praise to for the success of the first part. In another school, i was placed on reserved list of 52 student, where 99 was admitted, this mean that if i'm interested to study in that university, i should wait for any available space (maybe from an admitted student who refuse to reply or process his/her admission). But thank God i'm not interested on the reserve list, cos another school gave me admission. So guys let me know about the status of you application and plan together on how to move forward. I hope to hear from you all soon. Goodluck to all.
