MPJ was never going to be a legit star playing with Jokic and Murray. He averaged 18 and 7 last year shooting 50% from the field and 40% from 3. I don't know how much better he could have been.

I hope Cam doesnt get to the Nuggets anyways. I think he needs a team where he can handle the ball more. I wouldnt compare him with Gordon, if anything he would be a threat to Jamal Murray

I'm not as high on the Cam Johnson move as everyone else is. He's not that much better than MPJ. He might not even be better. He just a slighter better scorer and and slightly better defender. But he's injury prone, a slightly worse shooter and a much worse rebounder.

Cam is the truth. If he had half of MPJ's chances, he would be a household name. He is not an all-rounder, but on offense, he can drop legit 30pts per night. MPJ hype is all about potential but it has remained a mirage for too long. if its not there, its not there.
