I used an s20 ultra for 2 years straight never DID a Factory reset and it never misbehaved. I've used Samsung since 2012 and I've used infinix and Tecno and I can tell you that Infinix and Tecno are garbage devices

crap is what you're saying, if the Infinix and TECNO devices you used never lasted you then your handling was very poor cos I've been an avid user of TECNO phones and they've always come through for me. I'm currently using my Phantom X for over a year and six months now without any issues so what are you saying?

Maybe the network receptor has develop fault, I would have said it's from your network provider but you said your brothers phone is working perfectly fine so I advise you take it to a repair center like carlcare to have it checked out. What brand is it btw?

I really like the display of this phone, that it's budget friendly just tops the icing on the cake.

They interviewed me for the survey on their foldable phone, seeking for my opinion (I didn't hold back on letting them know how unreliable and undurable their products could be).

They made me absent for work on that very day, while promising to remunerate me for my money, time and efforts.

Till date, I've got nothing for the wasted efforts.

Their products are as unreliable as their promises.

abegiii, their phones are not trashy and yes they do keep to their promises big time, their loyal customers can very much attest to that.

No be lie, the battery, design and display of this phone is second to none.
