Good day nairalanders, please my sister is in a big financial mess..... She supplied goods to ibadan Tru a particular guy... It was the guy that gave her the idea of supplying Rice to buyers in ibadan... After sending 557 bags of rice, stories upon stories started coming up. The truth is, most of my family that raised money for this business are depressed already... This matter is since last year and still now, this guy and the person he supplied the rice too are yet to pay... Out of almost 7 million, they have paid only 1.3 million..


Yet they have sold the whole bag of rice supplied but they are not releasing the money..

My sister doesn't know the Alhaji, it was this guy that knows them all.. Both of them stays at ibadan but my sis stays in Lagos.....

Nairalanders, my sister is going Tru depression right now.... She needs the help of military or civil defence to help her recover this money..... Those criminals have sold the goods but they wunt release the money...

After my resignation from my former job where I served as a manager in a very small private firm, rather than being idle while waiting for NYSC,I stated working in a bet9ja outlet owned by my cousin's husband.

1) Gamblers are greedy that why will continue stacking with empty pockets hoping to win to at their debts

2) They stack so high, like 1.5k for 3tickets once , they won't be able to pay if the game isn't won

3) The shop is located near a university, some will drop their school files,textbook and other valuables as collateral and will never return for it

4) Most of them do fake transfer
At end of everything, I use my personal money to make up these, my savings is zero now.
Am scared of being idle at home, at same time I loose money daily

No doubt, there's side money and tips aside salary but you will end up using the money to pay for debts

I understand all of that but how long can we continue to complain? The FG isn't willing to help, so what should we do? We just have to find a way to weather the storm. That's what I mean. But on the flipside, freelancers offering online services now exchange $1 for 478 NGN instead of $1 for 200+ NGN as obtainable in GEJ's era. Do you think they pray the dollar-naira ratio stabilizes? I'm don't think so. And there are other loopholes.
