Ontarget: In a setup like this the operating system will have to be quite different from what you have in a typical company where managers are the "boss" and earn a bigger salary. NO it wouldn't work like this in this kind of business partnership I am proposing. The managers are only filling and performing a role of planning for the business. They will not earn a higher pay like you are thinking. The pay they will earn will also be equal with the person playing the role of a marketer. They invested same amount and they earn same amount but playing different roles. Don't look at it like you are looking at how a typical company works. They mode operation of this kind partnership will have to be entirely changed to suit itself. I dont know if you understand the point I am trying to make. Even if the post of managers has less salary or no salary, some will still fight for it! I know of quiet a number of people that believe they must be in power in organisation they belong. Everyone would want his/her idea to count. Too many selfish people. |

Ontarget: There is no difficulty for 5000 individuals to run a startup. They can be divided into units of 100 each. Each unit will come up with a plan and suggestion which will be pitched against each other. The best ideas and suggestions will be adopted by the managers. Everybody will not be managers. There will be those playing roles of engineers, marketers, researchers, health care etc. I am just giving a sketch of how things can be organized. As long as you hold on to this idea of the 5000 being the employee, this idea won't work. So while all the 5000 are equal stakeholders, some would be managers and some marketers? I can bet that too many of them would do anything to be among the managers. Don't be surprised that as corrupt as some people are, just one person could sit down and think about how the overall ownership can be his/hers alone. Even if they get to accept terms and conditions before joining, some other new conditions would surely still come up in which they might not all accept. I assume you have a good heart but to gather 5000 people with same heart (with the present condition of this country) would be a big problem. Btw, how will a whole 5000 unemployed be convinced to pay #70,000 each? |

whats your highest level of education? u seem so daft to learn a new thing Yes you're right. I think Ladrang feels, it should be "may I borrow #100 from you?" which is also correct. |

2sex: Tip:
When contacting end users, make your subject be the name of the owner of the domain on whois.
For instance Chibenze Chukwuma is on whoise.
Your email subject should be Chibenze Chukwuma
This makes them click through to want to read your email because your major first aim should be to make them want to click through and read. Using the domain name as subject is kind off spammy and looks robotic in a way but if you use the name of the person, it looks real and curiosity would want to make them click. I have had high click through rates this way. They ALWAYS open my emails.
But if the name is not on whois, use the name of the company as subject or at least, their domain name.
ALSO often make sure that you find the owner of any domain name. If the IT guy has his email on the whois, ignore the whois and search for the owner for as long as you can. If you don't find the owner, it's best to just forget the domain name.
My approach is to get a domain sold and not to keep for too long so I usually ensure I find a buyer before I think of picking a name, even if it meets my other undercover criteria. I must confess that this cost me the lose of HomesPrint.com though but that's life Happy new week fellas. Happy hunting.
Have a nice day. Great approach, thanks for the enlightenment. |

Hello house, una well don o. I have a question, a meaningless but pronounceable 6 letters dot com name came to my mind, I checked if it's available and to my surprise it was, so, I registered it without even researching on it. My greatest surprise now is that it's dot net (.net) has been registered since 2012, packed and for sale @ $5,709. The trade mark risk is 20% and it's estibot value is $55, what do you think? |

Chibenze: That country u mention are stingy to buy domains oh they can even price you $20, though they prefer .de. It will be difficult to sell except your domain has a super keyword.
If you can post the domain here (you can remove it later) i can assist you to also search for the contact. To get the contact use google translate, type the .de domain hit search or translate It will change the site to an english verson search for their contact and mail them.
Good luck

TayeJiboluwa: @biuti Sorry for responding late. The prayers are to stop them and they are most active at night, so you do destruction to them by giving them lethal arrows with those prayers when they are working. If the prayer points are prayed during the day, it might not really kill them and that leaves them till night again for revenge. These people put on a lot of disguise during the day: pepper sellers, food vendors, and other profession around, so when you pray them those prayer bombs may not know where to go to, but when the prayer bullets catches them at work, it is lethal. Thanks, now I understand. Stay blessed. |

Chibenze,2sex,cpriest and others, God bless you o. Please I registered a EnglishGerman .com domain name last year, while searching for possible market,I saw the exact domain in .de, I can't find their contact on whois cos they're using privacy and the .de site is not in English. My .com has 3 google rank while theirs has 1. I'm even thinking they could be the former owner of mine, maybe they chose the .de since it's their country's generic name. Please what do you think? |
