WAEC uses those 2 centres . Are you sure NECO uses same too, did you ask them at the NECO office? WAEC centres are different from NECO centres in some states.

Yes, many of us have been scammed one time or the other and it's painful but my point is, that shouldn't be the reason why one should scam others too like the guy on facebook did to him.

You will be able to use your Payoneer fund but they will deduct their activation fund anytime you have enough funds. Don't forget that annual charge will still be deducted after every year of usage. Mine was deducted again early this July.

You won't be notified because there is no phone number on it.
They would bring it to your address, otherwise, go check for it at nearest post office to the address you used.

You can start working before you get the card, the Op had said so.
Have you registered on shutterstock? You'll need driver license or int.passport to be approved.

Don't click on "Activate" until you get your card.
The 16 digits is the one on the ATM master card, to activate the ATM card.

Wait till it arrives, it won't take that long if your address and postal code is correct. You should get it in 2 to 3 weeks from the day you registered for it.
After getting it, just go online and activate it.

It will be delivered to you by hand, to your provided shipping address but if you don't get it in 2 to 3weeks after registration, you'll need to start checking the nearest post office to the address you used. Know that there is no phone number on it, so they can't call you to inform you of the letter.

Exactly my thought, the final account balance should be at the end of the message. She supposed to tell us if it was also included the alert.

If they locate you at the address, they don't usually ask for identity but if you go to them or send someone, take along an ID or give it's photocopy to the person you're sending. Let the person take along his ID too.

You don't need to have any post office number.
Just look for any post office around the address(house address) you used, tell them you are expecting a letter and tell them your name.
The only thing visible on this letter is your name, address, postal code and an address they could return it to if they can't find you.
They can't even know it's from payoneer unless they open it.

You don't need post office box. Once your address and postal code is correct, it'll be delivered to your address. Otherwise, you'll need to be checking the nearest post office regularly. Phone number is not on the letter so, they can't call the owner to notify him or her.

I got mine in Osun within 17days.

@CezarThaViruz, It's more than I can type here. You know we all have different reasons for doing things. The School fee 15k when I started and there wasn't fee for 2nd semester, I'm an HND graduate but I came to acquire bsc cos it was cheap, now I've spent more than 400k though I'm in my last semester. You can compare the amount. We are always paying for textbooks we don't get, missing results and series of stupid policies coming up every day, e.g restricting number of credit units one can do per semester(this is open university for goodness sake), also, I.T was added to a semester after I've passed d level but I was told by the school counselor that I must do it. Too many things I can't type here.
@Emanus, you are correct. It's really serious, it was like you saw me checking my wallet today, I was very surprised.
I would have set up one good small business, or finished my ICAN.

Missing result in Noun has no respect for anyone, if you like do everything in most perfect way, they withhold and release result at will.

Noun has been awarded the best school for missing results and missing scripts. Nigerian open your eyes. It is easy to get admission and you may not be able to get the certificate without exorbitant fees.

I did pgde with 179k and still have 3 missing results. Nawa ooooo. I would have committed suicide if I have done my university programme with them.

Guys there are lots of Universities in Nigeria now avoid noun certificates, is bombing raids. Lots of grammatical and spelling error. Noun will finished you.


I pity fresh school leavers who are forming to busy to get universities in Nigeria. People wey carry OAU, U.I, Futy, FUTA etc are not getting jobs. You are now wasting your money on TMAs, compulsory fees (40,000), course fees and examination fees, with semester fees. This is charm. NOUN is charming. ICT fee, imagine NOUN cannot provide good customer services for highly paying student, you can send a query for your case to be treat, officers of noun are biased. I am not happy doing PGDE with NOUN
Decide wisely and get Polytechnic or NCE which can fetch you job later in life.

Ok. Go to their facebooks page to drop your email and complain on the post where they requested it , for those that have problem with their registration.

If you've not entered your Bvn and Nysc cert. number when registering initially, just re-register using another Email and Username.
