How about the minister who allegedly organized that Nigerian Immigration Holocaust?
Sadly, the president's team B has better players in Adeshina, Late Amb Ashiru,Prof Onyebuchi,Prof Jega, former IG Abubakar, Mallam Sanusi Lamido,Atedo Peterside,Arunma Oteh, Gov.Dankwabo, Oscar Onyeama,2013 model of Stephen Keshi, and Prince Sijuade (NRC)
The president still made a few good appointments and retained some good hands he inherited from late president Yardua but their impact isn't given enough prominence by the press.

PDP has is going through the 5 stages of grief

Stage 1 Denial

E.g Sahara reporters is just lying, Obasanjo is still in PDP. Who trust Sahara reporters they are the APC media arm

Stage 2 Anger

E.g Kashamu: OBJ should be arrested

Stage 3 Bargaining

E.g Fayose: Good riddance to bad rubbish
Anenih: OBJ is irrelevant anyway

Stage 4 Depression

E.g Olisah Metu: Indeed, the PDP is hugely at loss as to how the decision and action of the former President

Stage 5 Acceptance

We are waiting for this final one on March 30 after the catastrophic loss to Buhari

Muazu: PDP is truly a dead party

and this is the same PDP someone said will rule Nigeria for 60years? undecided
Politics / Re: I’ll Flee Nigeria If APC Wins —bode George by bizlifelines(m): 1:07am On Feb 17, 2015
The battle front remains Lagos. I know Lagosians will speak with their votes.Chief Bode George should forget the exile option. What would he say he's running from? Tinubu who is not the executive, legislature and judiciary altogether? All we want is a peaceful and credible election.
On a another note, come to think of it,why would Chief Bode George have to drive to Asiwaju Tinubu's house when he heard it's surrounded by soldiers? What manner of love is that few days to valentine's day?

Politics / Re: Save Me From Defeat, Jonathan Begs PDP Governors by bizlifelines(m): 12:34am On Feb 17, 2015
It's a report that would have benefited from more investigation by actually establishing if truly chief Anenih just"landed in Abuja from Benin" or enquiry from his/her colleagues in the presidential correspondents chapel at least since the meeting reportedly held in the First Ladies Conference Hall or confirm if those governors allegedly absent at the meeting were truly outside Abuja.
The account of Dino Melaye,a leading opposition leader as the principal source of the information can easily suggest that the writer is an APC apologist even if he's not!

I sincerely wish the armed forces best of luck. The armed forces need to redeem it's image as "cowardly Nigerian soldiers" as Tchad would want people to believe and restore the confidence of Nigerians in their gallant army.
Politics / Re: NY Times: Lousy Incumbent Will Would Welcome American Troops To Fight Boko Haram by bizlifelines(m): 8:24pm On Feb 16, 2015
The president needs a whole lot of re-branding. The international press use unsavory terms to describe him largely on the account of how he handled the Chibok girls kidnap case

bokohalal:
A General is more qualified for the job of the president of ANY country in the world, than a Phd holder.

President Obama is not a general yet he visited Afghanistan and "ended" Osama bin Laden. Angela Merkel of Germany took over Europe without firing a bullet, a feat Hitler couldn't achieve with arms and tanks.
The difference is in the character of leadership and the political will to take risks even against your personal comfort.

Politics / Re: Obasanjo Propped Up Gbagbo, Jonathan Ousted Him - Fani Kayode by bizlifelines(m): 1:41am On Feb 16, 2015
I still shudder at the fact that this same Chief Femi Fani-Kayode was a staunch defender and irrepressible spokesperson of former President Obasanjo and few weeks ago was leaning to the APC and regularly dishing out severely caustic political jabs at president Jonathan he now speaks for against the APC and his former principal, Gen.Obasanjo!!
Where is the place of principle in the lives of people who switch allegiance like a baby changing diapers?
How do these people sleep at night? shocked

I don't know why and how America can categorically deny that President Jonathan didn't request for their help in early 2014 when in actual fact, the present government had relied heavily on America for support. Haba!!
The president's handlers should give a robust response to America on this rebuttal.
Politics / Re: Professor Kaita - "Why I Intervened In Buhari’s Certificate Saga" by bizlifelines(m): 12:40am On Feb 16, 2015
I have always maintained that the moment the ministry of education and his alma mater released the result, the burden of proof automatically becomes theirs and not that of Gen. Buhari.
Also,Katsina state is presently a PDP-led state and if genuinely GMB doesn't have the certificate, they would have made a political capital of it.
I completely agree with the Prof of pharmaceutical chemistry, Prof Kaita.

Politics / Re: Election: Northern CAN, Christian Elders Forum, Say: ‘we Did Not endorse Buhari' by bizlifelines(m): 12:23am On Feb 16, 2015
I'm still at a loss on how a Christian Leaders group arrived at the name"Eagle-Eye Forum"!Sounds more worldly and political than scriptural in my opinion.
The Christian faith is one of the greatest casualties of this presidency. I didn't think so until got a completely ridiculous 'campaign' message on whazzap warning me to avoid sin and vote for religion and not conscience! shocked
Nigerian politicians should allow these wise men of God to attend to their calling of leading people to Christian salvation.I pray that Lord's will shall be done in Nigeria in our quest to choose the right man for the presidency.
Politics / Re: Sanusi's early Extremist youth as a member of the Muslim Students Society by bizlifelines(m): 9:53pm On Feb 15, 2015
Sanusi, His Majesty, Emir of Kano, despite his human frailties, has remained consistent and has achieved almost everything he sets his mind on . His success in life depends much more than the impression of a religious bigot.Frankly,I would love to read his autobiography. He seems to carry a lot of luck, excellence and sense of dedication to duty as credits even his opponents, may not deny him.
Politics / Re: Why Can't Jonathan ARREST And LOCK UP Obasanjo? I'm Losing My Patience by bizlifelines(m): 9:44pm On Feb 15, 2015
Shey??
I think the president should first try to muster enough courage to get him suspended or expelled from the PDP for anti-party activities if he has the power afterall, the whole Party machinery is in his authority.
Locking Baba Obj up is still a far more difficult thing to achieve.

I see the hands of Nigerian Politicians at work. Thank God for this investigation conducted by the Leadership newspaper. Prof Jega should investigate the issues raised in this report urgently. As a former VC of Unimaid, he should have contacts to verify this report.
Politics / Re: IG Counters Mbu: Police Will Use Arms With Caution by bizlifelines(m): 6:35pm On Feb 15, 2015
From President GEJ countering PDP on Prof Jega and now IG Abah countering AIG Mbu, we are in the season of"things fall apart".
The president should rein all of them in to avoid further embarrassment of his leadership.
Politics / Re: FG Buys Four Warships For Navy by bizlifelines(m): 6:29pm On Feb 15, 2015
This is highly commendable! If these warships will be valuable to the prosecution of the war against Boko Haram in the North East located hinterland and not accessible by sea is a completely different matter. .
Politics / Re: Soludo Publishes Chart To Illustrate His Accusation Against GEJ by bizlifelines(m): 6:22pm On Feb 15, 2015
The highly respectable Prof. Soludo is a Nigerian that is exercising his rights as a Nigerian. Regardless of the political undertone that may be generated and the immorality in waiting till election time to raise these issues, the bright side is that figures are being bandied and figures don't lie!
These figures can be evaluated with simple T-test, F-Test or ANOVA to find if the differences are statistically significant after the figures have been subjected to forensic evaluation.
These should be the focus of a diligent investigation.

lobatan!!!I don't envy president Jonathan at all because history will be harsh to him unless he personally supervises plans to revert the stigma of his alleged tardiness that resulted in the failed recovery of these girls even after he was allegedly advised by ex-President Obasanjo.
These chibok girls issue is a cross Nigeria and Nigerians will carry forever like the Germans carrying the Holocaust!
As a parent, I know that the most colossal damage is the dreams of these girls that have been ostensibly shattered. O ma se o cry
Politics / Re: North-west Elders Reels Out Jonathans Acheivement In Their Zone by bizlifelines(m): 4:42pm On Feb 15, 2015
These achievements should count as a soothing balm if the president is seen by the locals as a president who genuinely cares for them. The president's campaign strategy that will not disabuse the mind of the locals in North West is politically ineffective. My advice to the president is to deal directly and address the priorities and demands of the locals and ignore the politics side of it so that posterity will judge him.Shikena
Politics / Re: Prove Your Allegations Against Us, INEC Dares PDP by bizlifelines(m): 4:09pm On Feb 15, 2015
This is what you get when a ruling party starts "talking and behaving" like the party in opposition.
Imagine a ruling party sponsoring series of a full page anti-INEC advert in national newspapers while the president is affirming that he has absolute confidence in his appointee Prof Jega-Led INEC!It's so disappointing and makes it difficult to sell the parties agenda in this election.
Now that the macabre dance has started, let's see how it goes!
Who are those egg heads in charge of the intellectual and strategic planning of Mr President's campaign?
