Pls is it right for landlord to serve quit notice when my rent is still running?
I don use 6months out of one year and my landlord take the remaining 6months to serve me notice that once I finish the remaining 6months that I should pack out.

Couple of weeks ago I kept asking where I can get this phone from all infinix related threads and people gave me negative and positive answers and then a user said I should what forever to get it but today it's in my hand .
