SuperBold:Go back to the main page and read. This time use the references or better take a trip to Igboland and see superior culture and race with rich intimidating history I've not even talked about Awka blacksmiths and you people are having hypertension. |
SuperBold:Go to this page and choose any link of your choice. They made it clear with references that Nsibidi is indigenous to South Eastern Nigeria https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nsibidi |
SuperBold:I can see your shock. You are shocked beyond reasoning in the face of truth. We haven't even fully opened the Igbo history file and you've lost your reasoning. When you look at an Igbo man what do you see? Compared to the Igbo, the rest of you lots are Savages and primitive humans. Your Kingship is enough proof of that. You are just mere people incapable of establishing a constitution, relying on mysticism to survive |
Igboid:Okigwe and Orlu is like Beijing and Istanbul compared to the village. Bịa Sufferingboy See Okigwe and Orlu below before you talk trash. 1st is Orlu. The rest Okigwe
|
Igboid:Excuse me. Which Agbor are you people talking about? Is it the village with only one bus stop they call Agbor Junction along Asaba-Benin expressway or another one? |
Igboid:Nna Nsibidi was never invented by any Ejagham people. Nobody can tell the actual person or clan that invented it because no single human invents writing in olden days. Nsibidi is an Igbo thing. All these confusions is because Ndigbo never cared about history when everybody was claiming things in early 20th century. It is practically impossible for the whole of Igbo to copy from a particular clan and they have no known calligrapher. No particular Igbo/Bantu/Ekoid clan can even claim to invent it. |
My people see Afonja people oh.They will insult Igbo history and attempt to re-write some to make themselves feel important but when you bring out a little of the truth like this thread they'll tell you to "KEEP IT A MYSTERY" Like WTF. Who mystery help? You want me to keep quiet while you broadcast your history and the lies in it plus de-marketing mine with lies and you want me to keep the truth as a mystery. See sense oh. Anyways, this is a tip of the iceberg, or should I say ice TRUTH. There are more from where this came from. By the time we are through with the truth here, everybody will see why you black men hate Ndigbo too much. You are scared of our intimidating history and you want us to hide it while you peddle lies. Ụnụ amarọ ka anyị si kwado |
descarado:See this one. Who is talking about the rest of the world? Ndigbo are the only people of black skin that know about the Cosmos and devised their own calender which is even better than what you use. I can sense your inferiority. But it is normal to feel inferior when engaging a superior race. Your inferior self think Ndigbo should keep mum while unscrupulous elements mess with their history. What you are getting from me is a tip of the iceberg. I decided to burst the clothing, politics and calendar today and more are on the way. When I am satisfied you won't even have enough of inferiority to bask in. Give honour to whom honour is due |
VictorUSA:E pain you say the truth dey come out small small? Thank God for Nairaland because it seems the most ignorant people in Nigeria manage to gather here. Well, this week just Brace for more truth |
Umueme:Onwerọ ihe eji eze eme. They don't want you to know how advanced you are more than them. We are the only true Democrats in the world. The only group in Africa with Indigenous clothing. Igbo is like an eagle laughed at her wing size by a chicken because she grew up with the chickens. If you know half of Igbo accomplishments like I do, even peacock will call you proud https://www.nairaland.com/6460844/igbo-nation-only-true-democratic |

See how well dressed the beauty is |
tamdun:That was for ceremony/carnival. They are wearing custume for the festival not everyday clothes (something you won't understand because your people were butt ass naked). Who goes around wearing heavy ivory on their heads and legs? The carnival costumes are even magnificent Post the full story not just the picture. Ancient Igbo people dressed like this
|
It should be Death sentence 21 years might be OK for Agbero but cultism should be capital punishment. |
theTranslator:Which lies? It seems you are scared of the truth. Igbo nation was the only democratic nation in Nigeria before the white men came and tried to make you people be like the advanced Ndigbo. |
Yoruba1stson:That is the part of democracy (Freedom) that you can never understand because your people were never created to be democratic. Just go back to your primitive Obaship Monarchy |
Omoluabi1stborn:I can see you don't know anything Igbo at all despite spending your entire life in the same "country" with them
|
Omoluabi1stborn:I am talking about democracy and you are talking about wall. What does wall have to do with democracy and clothing? |
Omoluabi1stborn:I made it obvious that you people started wearing after you had contact with the Fulani and later Europeans. Igbo clothing is as old as Igbo nation which archeological evidence place her as the oldest in South of Nigeria and one of the oldest in Africa. Check the link or do your own research |
Ndigbo are the only Sub-Saharan group/Nation with Indigenous writing system, days/calender and year. The other that would have challenged Ndigbo for this status is the Ethiopians but they don't consider themselves as Negros. Days of the week in Igboland is four days/week (Eke, orie, afọr and Nkwo) Igbo new year is the third week of February. No other group in Nigeria has this. They only copied the western and Arabic calendar |
chiagozien:They have primitive government known as Kingship (Oba, Alaafin and Ooni) something everybody is ditching to practice the Igbo advanced democracy and they are shameless to talk about it in public. The problem Igbo man have with Nigeria is the system of governance. Nigeria doesn't understand Democracy. Even USA doesn't understand it to the level of an Igbo man (there are many reports to this). They can't allow the Autonomy and resource control that comes with democracy. Something an Igbo man is born with. |
FEMINISM Ndigbo are one of the two groups in West Africa to grant special status to women and allow women to take part in the government of the nation. The other group is Ashanti of Ghana. In Igboland women have special political group known as Umuada. The Aba women riot was carried out by the female only political wing in Igbo land LITERATURE Ndigbo are the only group in Sub-Saharan Africa that have indigenous writing system known as Nsibidi. The other that would have rivaled this feat is Ethiopia as well but since they don't consider themselves as Negros, Ndigbo have it. This writing system is also practiced by Igbo allies like Ibibio and Efik

In Nigeria Ndigbo are the only people with Indigenous cloth production known as "Akwete" and "Ákwá mmiri" A feat that was later shared with Kano but after kano had contact with the Arabs. OTHER groups in Nigeria like Yoruba were basically naked until they had contact with the Fulani and Europeans. Akwete clothes also serve as a means of exchange in ancient Igboland. Unlike other ethnic groups in Nigeria that started wearing clothes in 18th century (Yoruba) and 11th century (Hausa). The date of Akwete clothing can't be determined with many archeologists and historian saying it is as old as the Igbo nation. https://tdsblog.com/akwete-igbo-traditional-textile-made-in-nigeria/ https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Akwete_cloth

While other primitive black people were busy mystifying and attributing the divine power to an ordinary human being in the name of Kingship (Oba, Emir, Kabe etc) , Ndigbo understood freedom and right to life and decisions and devised the most powerful democracy the world has ever seen. Something USA is trying to attain. In Igboland Human law and Constitution supersedes any religious and superstitious belief. Igbo land is the first Nation to legalize same sex marriage

In Nigeria the Igbos generally occupied the former Eastern Region and a part of the Mid Western region. The Igbos generally had no Kings or Chiefs (i.e. Igbos enwe-Eze). However few towns like Onitsha had what looked like a recognized chief. The Igbos operated a democratic system of Government. The highest democratic institution among the Igbos is the Oha-na Eze (i.e. the Town Assembly). The largest political unit was the village/village group. This was by kindred then family unit. The Igbos had a decentralised system of government. The executive, legislative and judicial power were vested in the Oha-na Eze the council of elders the Ofor title holders the family the Ozor title holders the Age-Grade the Umuada the ‘Ala’ or the Earth’s goddess represented by a Chief Priest. The administrative system was decentralized and characterized by the principle of acephalous (absence of a centralized government). It was therefore a chiefless society which was segmentary and egalitarian in nature. There was no supreme king like Oba and Emirs in the North. Interestingly, however, each village in Igbo society is normally administered like a Republic, independent or sovereign state. https://newafrikan77./2020/02/26/igboland-oldest-constitution-democracy-pre-colonial-political-systems-igbo-traditional-system/

Fejoku:One problem with most of you is that you are very emotional. You've never for once imagined the advantage of having a decoy in another land (an Igbo that denies himself in another country). Such a group can be used to ascertain sensitive relationship with their host country. They can serve as a buffer incase of unknown. They will be a willing tool incase of... They can also serve many things I won't list here because your emotional self might not like it. They will be more important to the Igbo nation if they are out. With us they will destroy more than they contribute with their cancerous nature (that is if they offer anything at all) but placing them in another country will be of tremendous benefit to the Igbo nation for centuries to come |
ChangedMan1999:For not groveling for fake unity? Lol |
ChangedMan1999:Sorry, not everybody have low self esteem. It doesn't even exist where I come from. |
ChangedMan1999:A hater of the Igbo nation can never have what makes him happy. If silencing me on this forum will be your ultimate happiness then you will most likely fulfill your life on Earth without tasting it. Thank you |
samunaka:You mean the Kidnappers/Bandits and whatever you guys call them these days
|
How you guys give attention to this Ika boy ( sufferingboy) is embarrassing. Ekealterego, Igboid and Co just ignore the inconsequential fellow. Its not like there is anything Ika will offer Igbo nation. They should just focus on surviving like they always do. If he has questions, he should direct it to their Ika page or go to Bini page. This thread is supposed to be for Ndoki and Igbo down south that add value not some inconsequential people at the extreme west. He should stop throwing his Ika self on our faces. Lets be guided please |
Finally, they have given Emir Wakili his certificate of office.
Long live the legitimate Emir of Oyo

Not even at the level of Okigwe or Orlu.
