What happened during 1967 was not as a result of North withholding supplies which were not needed in East before then.
During war, what causes decrease in food is its distribution, both intra and inter. This is basic social studies.

When a country is at war, the rate at which she can produce food drastically reduce and as such must rely on her stores and external supplies. What happened in 1967 is a serious war crime which would have been talk of the world if both of us were whites.
During war you don't attack food supplies but in 1967, British pilots did not just attack food supplies but the stores and anything showing signs of food cooking.
