From the pictures I can tell that this lady is depressed |
Just two words cover all the things I would have written as comment and they are, Igbo AMAKA! |
Blackking98:If you want me to reply you, table your views in a civilized manner. Thanks |
Gerald454:The only part of anioma that Ndigbo have a high chance of getting is Enuani. As for the ika part, it is as good as gone. The Nigerian lawyers have enough evidence based on the views of contemporary inhabitants to prove that they are not Igbos even if most of them would be crying and shouting at home that time. All the quotes by their politicians, groups and notable individuals will be used as evidence that day |
Blackking98:Sorry, these kind of issues are not for simpletons. Quote someone else. Thanks |
freeborn02:That is more reason Nigeria will win most of them in court including some Igbo speaking parts especially ikwerre. Incase you don't know what ipob is actually doing is the campaign |
freeborn02:Igbos can't even win Nigeria in court for the referendum to be extended to Niger Delta talk less of winning over Niger Delta in the referendum. The possibility of Niger Delta being part of the new country is less than 20% |
Blackking98:This is what I am taking about. The possibility of most Niger Delta ethnicities to be included in the referendum is less than 10%. Niger Delta will most likely remain with Nigeria. Even if Nigeria fields a dull lawyer they can get 90% of Niger Delta. As for your Niger Delta Republic it can't happen, legal matters don't go that way. Every body cannot be shouting when a disputed region is being negotiated. The only thing some parts of Niger Delta can sue for after the disputed group leaves is a degree of autonomy. But as a country, it is impossible. Nigeria will argue that the name "Niger Delta" was given to it by the Nigerian government to distinguish their economic zone and as such is an integral part of Nigeria |
DerideGull:It not by opt. You can't decide to join a country whenever you feel like. Take at what happened in Nagorno-Karabakh and see how the indecision of a group caused them to remain with a new country they have to similarity with because they did not identify with the larger Armenia prior to when the break up of USSR became serous. They started identifying with Armenia weeks before breakup and such doesn't count if you have a good lawyer |
Blackking98:I've addressed this question in another thread. From evidences, Nigeria will struggle to get ijaw and ibibio but there is a high chance for ibibio and some ethnicities in cross river to be included in a Biafran referendum if Biafra can field a good lawyer and a very low chance (less than 10%) for ijaw to be included even if Biafra fields a good lawyer |
Okuda:I am not in for make believe story, you cant fool the jury with sentiments. Old eastern region was an artificial creation just like Nigeria and as such can't be used as a template. The Nigerian lawyers will argue that the only disputed region is south East Igbos and that Delta Igbo is actually a separate ethnic group and as such the referendum will not include them with Rivers and ikwerre off the mark. Forget about ijaw and other distinct southern ethnicities, you can never get them in court. But with all the evidence on ground, there will be a high chance (90+) of the Igbos to get enuani of delta state, North Central Igbos and the Orashi people (Obigbo Co)based on historical evidences but those that are openly denying Igbo right now like ika and ikwerre will definitely (95+) remain with Nigeria and the referendum will not include them even if Nigeria will field a very dull lawyer but with a good lawyer, Nigeria can even get the most of the Igbos in Rivers (ọgba and co) state and enuani of delta state. If their would be a non igbo to be granted referendum for Biafra, there is high chance it would be ibibio and some from cross river (that is if Biafra can field an extremely good lawyer) My brother this is legal matter not about sentiment. |
You people don't know how far these ipob guys have gone. For Nigerian leaders to be coming out to announce about the Crack in the unity shows you that a section of a country is about to leave. For those saying total breakup, Nigeria can never break up totally, only the disputed region might leave. In which case it is almost 90% possibile it won't be the Biafra as you people know but only the Igbos which will comprise of those in south east, almost a in North Central and very few of those in SS (probably just enuani of delta and Orashi people of Rivers state). There is almost 99% chance that ikwerre and 70% of Port Harcourt will remain with Nigeria because Nigerian lawyers have more than enough evidence to make sure that those parts won't even be included in the referendum if there will ever be one. Evidence will come from the Civil War, the abandoned properties and the utterances from their leaders (ọgbakọ ikwerre and politicians) |
techtechh:Even the delta Igbos case will be extremely hard for the Igbos unless they identify with them now (voluntarily). Anything short of enuani in delta state will be hard for them to join Alaigbo based on international decision taking notes from what happened in Eritrea, South Sudan and Soviet Union. The worse is that they wouldn't even be included in the referendum if there will ever be one because referendum will be for the disputed region which the Nigerian lawyers will argue is only south east Igbos with evidence of South south politicians quote over the years (that they are not Igbo) and in legal matters the term Igbo is entirely different from Delta-Igbo. Nigeria will argue that they are different ethnic groups and with all the evidence on ground it will be extremely difficult for Ndigbo to claim anything past enuani. The rest will remain with Nigeria |
Flytime:Sorry it doesn't happen that way, if the Igbos manage to leave, it will take many years for another groups plea to be looked into unless the group is ready for war like what is happening between Armenia and Azerbaijan today because of particular set of Armenians that refused to identify with the larger Armenians before the break up of Soviet Union. Infact quote me anywhere, if it would be just Alaigbo, ikwerre will never be part of it, they will be part of Nigeria as seen in that Armenia and Azerbaijan case where Nagorno-Karabakh (ethnic Armenians) chose to identify with Armenia on the eve of the breakup (barely a week before the breakup) |
illiteratepmb:It doesn't happen that way. Break up is for those that demand and push for it. If in any case Nigeria is to break up, only the Igbos will leave. What we can't say for sure is if they will leave as just Igbo Nation or with Niger Delta minorities as Biafra. So in any case, the state's that will emerge will either be New Nigeria and Biafra or New Nigeria and Alaigbo |
Such a Beauty. I wouldn't mind having her even if she is from hell, which one be "fulani". Sorry to say this, this kemi olunloyo is a tribalistic for pointing out her ethnicity |
